Honestly I can't say I didn't expect this. Maybe not now, but it was going to happen sooner than later...

I started up this account this year. I did it to comment on my buddy Tom's threads, aka esjaysharks. He's a true grinder. Me, I'm what you'd call a casual player. These past couple weeks I played a couple tournaments here and there. Nothing crazy.

On Tuesday or Thursday I jumped into a $8 +.8 hyper turbo with an entry into the Sunday Special 115k. It was something to keep me focused on my computer while I grinded out a $7+.7 MTT Turbo 6-max KO. I made quick work of the hyper turbo, securing my ticket to the big tournament Sunday. That was the main objective. The 10 people I knocked out and the 8th place finish in the turbo 6max were all a prelude to the luckbox I'd need to be on Sunday in order to win it all.

I didn't win. A heartbreaking loss as second place always is in a 800 person, 9-hour long, MTTrebuy. Nonetheless, I wouldn't be on here if I didn't have something fun to show everyone.

21 tournaments into a long grind and I nab a one-way ticket to Bink City. Where do I go from here? Not sure.

What do you all think?

Be sure to leave comments and subscribe. This is going to be a lot of fun

In before people saying you're a fish on a heater.

Seriously tho dude, you are on a sick run. Tell them about your degenerate Tahoe tale.

Thanks for the shout out man. Keep running it up!

Thanks man I appreciate that. You played a good game as well. I've been on a pretty sick run this past week. I hope we meet again on the tables. I'm sure we will.

Cheers!

Holy crap yes! 2016 has been a glorious year so far.

I was in Tahoe in this huge cabin a few of us had rented for the week leading up to New Years. First night we bet on the Warriors to cover a 14pt spread over the Kings. Nailed that and took our winnings to $10 craps at Harrahs. Ran that up to $1500 each. Called it a night after a long day of dealing with car rental ***** and driving.

The next night we want to go to the clubs at Mont Bleu. The craps tables were really close to the clubs. We couldn't resist. I lost about $1000 and left. Time to head over to the club. After losing my mind on the dance floor, heavy drinks in hand, I wake up back at the cabin.

My friends tell me I came home alone (I was with three people at the casino/club). They go on to say I was pissed and said I lost all my money and that I was going to bed. I thought about how much it sucked to lose all my money blackout drunk. I go to check the damage. I reach into the pocket of the pants I wore the night of and HOLY MOTHER I've got a giant wad of $100s that wasn't supposed to be there.

One of my club companions tells me I left the club with him and once again we hit up the craps table. I took $500 and made $3700. Next thing my friend sees is me chip up and walk away. He watched me as I walked by the roulette table and paused. After a minute or so, the whole table yelled and cheered, patting me on the back.

Long story shortened a little, I had $5700 in my pocket the next day. I had bet 2x$1000 chips on black and it hit (I don't bet on red).

Thank you 2016
