Combination of misplaying, auto piloting and running bad.
I also felt pretty quick frustrated

So november was my worst month in poker + most frustrating

Also stressed a loth about stupid little things ( not poker related ), felt pretty drained + no strength in the gym ( to much caffeine / bad sleep schedule / stress )

i will post my graph :-) when the downswing is over , not sure it will be this year.
Anyway when you can't beat online poker anymore, there is still live poker .
There is still hope , going to Prague on Friday.

I mean with everything you stated above its pretty much asking for disaster while playing. Combination of playing bad/tilted & way to much while chasing losses is just going to further and maximize your money lost. I would just suggest making a strict stop/loss and sticking to it. Also try to more sleep, little less coffee that will help reduce outside stress & give you more focus and help you make better decisions on and off the tables. Good luck man.
