Not checking results is +EV mindset-wise (so far) but this one kinda hurt

Going strong the last few days. Had to urge to check bankroll/results many times but resisted so far
was running pretty bad yesterday so I have no idea what I'm doing regardings results.. this was a funny hand from today tho
VS fishreg.. i kinda gave up on the flop. tankcalled the riv bcuz foldng is for nits
Played 8.6k hands so the 20k end of the month goal should be fairly easy. maybe i'll aim for 25k but we'll see.

Unfortunately the not checking results goal failed
I spewed 2 stacks today, got tilted and stopped my session. After that I was pretty tilted of my spews and was like '**** it I need to know "how I'm doing". A good example of my flawed poker mindset that is too results-oriented.
But.. I also don't need too harsh on myself. I haven't checked results in 5 days which is an all-time record. I just need to train my brain to just play good and not focus on results. Eventually and hopefully I will learn this.
So again, the goal will be to not check results again till 31th of January, which is 7 days from now.
As I have checked results, here are the last 5 days for the people following.
