little bit about me first : I have played live and online for several years now, however, I am break even/ losing player. One of my problems is discipline and being able to stick to my goals. After reading 2+2 forums I have decided to set myself this challenge and post about it.
So I am starting out with $50 on Pokerstars. I will be playing $0.01/0.02 6max deep ( BI $5 ) and move up with 10 BI every time. Pretty bad BRM I know...
Should I drop bellow 5 BI I will move down a level. Starting today - wish me luck!!!

so I have cheated already, my discipline is sooo bad, lost few $ on $0.01/0.02, then went straight on $0.05/0.10 to try to win in back. Such a bad gambling behavior. If anyone got any advice, please post it.
Current BR stands at $42.18
Sure I will ban myself from NL5 and then few days later when I have BR to move up, I am gonna have to wait for ban to be lifted. Besides, point here is to learn that discipline. I used to spew on ZOOM, so I self exluded myself. But I want to have the DISCIPLINE and the MENTAL STRENGHT to stick to my plans without help of Pokerstars admin....
That's it BR is at $0, thanks to really bad run and then me not being able to stick to correct stakes, really can't be asked to have my day spoiled by getting tilted at $0.01/0.02...
Suppose I have learned something though, that my discipline is absolutely terrible. Will figure out next exercise in discipline, it just won't $0.01/0.02. I play live £1/2 and to play that low online is just a waste of time for me.
