Hi 2+2 friends!
I'm on a journey to turn $5 into $1,500, and I want to share it with you guys.
Today is Day 14 since starting this project, and my initial $5 investment has now grown to $145.62. If you're interested in reading about how I completed this challenge once before and then lost it all in under 48 hours, feel free to check out my blog here:

I post logs and screenshots of my progress daily, and I also write about the kinds of games I'm encountering as I move up the microstakes.
I'm starting this thread as a sort of add-on, or complement, to my blog. Here, I want to share some hands and hopefully have some discussion with other players. I want to really explore what kinds of games we can find at the micro-stakes and how we can exploit them, and I think sharing hands and discussing with others is a great way for us all to learn.
Please feel free to leave a comment or check back as I will be updating this thread daily along with my blog. You can also find me on Twitter @1500challenge. Thanks for reading and letting me share my journey with you!

As a first post here, I want to share a hand I played last night:
The stakes are $0.05-$0.1 and have a stack of $17.06. Villain has a stack of $11.06.
I'm on the button with A
6
Villain calls from UTG, player to my right raises to $0.3, and I 3-bet to $1. It folds to Villain, who calls, and then the original raiser 4-bets to $2.50. I call and so does Villain, and we go to the flop 3-handed.
The flop is 9
7
6
Villain donk-bets $2, original raiser folds, and I shove all-in. Villain calls and has K
T
The turn is Q
and the river is Q
, giving Villain a flush.
What do you guys think of the way I played this, especially the decision to shove on the river? I'm curious to hear any comments, and then I will give more information on what my thought process was at the time and why I played the hand the way I did.
Thanks in advance for any insight you can give me!
