I'm getting somewhat fat and lazy again (Lost 30 pounds in 4 months, past 6 weeks gained 8 pounds back). Also, my poker game is still shite. I had some reservation travel credits that were going to expire so I decided to book a trip to Las Vegas on November 14th to the 19th. Including the day I fly out there, tomorrow will be 30 days until then and my goal is to detox, renew, and upgrade my physical state, my mental state, and my poker game.

In Vegas I plan to watch and bet on NFL, play some 1/3 and 2/5, and few deep stack tourneys at the Venetian. And then of course with my newly chiseled body, mindset, and confidence from stacking chips, maybe say hello to a lady or two that are not of the paying variety might I add.....also sanz crabs.

Here are my goals(some are daily, some are weekly, some are span of the 30 days):
1. Wake up no later than 6am
2. Drink green breakfast smoothie
3. Drink gallon of water daily
4. Drink protein shake for lunch
5. 25 pushups, crunches, squats (first week)
- 30 second week
- 40 third week
- 50 fourth week
(not performed on gym days)
(Number 5 not on heavy lifting gym days)
6. No candy, chips, or excess sugar
7. Run 30 miles in 30 days
8. Gym 3 days a week (Mon, Wed, Thurs)
9. Spend under $100 on miscellaneous each week
10. Take vitamins daily
11. 10-15 hours of poker study each week
12. Save $2500 for LV bankroll
