Decided to lock up a decent winning session of $8 at 5z. Was a turbulent session, with a very good chance I was spewing

Alright, time for a last update before exams. Been doing well just grinding zoom, but made the mistakes of playing tournaments one weekend. Maybe it wasn't much of a mistake, as I had a lot of fun, but it means I've wasted almost $14 (I think) of my bankroll (I suck at flips apparently). As a result I had to go back and grin 2z with my ~$26 bankroll. I'm debating making a small deposit after exams to make up for those tournaments. Feels like that is within the spirit of the challenge.

Here are my stats so far. It seems I'm tightening up a lot. You can see that in my graph too. Basically when I have to play more I play more autopilot (which means worse):

              My graph so far:

I literally have zero interesting hands to post. It's just been a really boring stretch of poker to be honest

Decided to go for the deposit. Had to deposit a bit more, about $25 total, because depositing from Norway is a bit dumb (I'm sure this statement will tilt the Americans) and the easiest I found was one of those paysafe cards. Been playing some 5z and have gotten to the point where my all-in EV is positive, but still down a buy-in overall. Starting to feel a bit more comfortable, but definitely making mistakes I wouldn't normally.

I have $60 in my account now. +$15 or so I started with, -$15 or so I wasted on tournaments, +~$33 I've won, and +~$27 I deposited. I was supposed to play 10z at $70, but it feels a bit dumb to move up after winning one buy-in at 5z, so I think I'm gonna wait until $100 to take that shot. Hopefully I can get a shot at 10z in around Christmas and then I think we'll have to take a big gamble firing at 25z right before new years.

Welp. This came to a screeching halt. I've gotten some 5z hands in, and that seems to be going fine, but internet has been a bit spotty (at my parents) which has made it super not fun to play and I've not put in enough hands to hope to move up.

I do think I'll carry on with this into the new year. It was never my highest priority, but during the semester when I was posting and playing (from my student place which has better internet!) I had a lot of fun with it. The goal would still be to make it to some reasonable stake like 25z by the end of the semester, but I should perhaps redefine it to some hand/study goal and not a result goal.

I've taken some steps to improve my internet situation and if it is stable I will make a go at sunrunning some 5z and shotting 10z before the new year.
