I tried to win $50 in the ACR raiding giveaway but bricked three times and gave up.

My friend sent me $20.

Bankroll: $491.47

Thinking about moving up to 5NL when I hit $500. Not sure though might stick to 2NL for a little while longer.

Not going to hit 1000 hands today as I didn't really play. I was planning to take the day off anyway so it's okay I guess. I'll put in some hands tomorrow.

Day 9:

Feeling refreshed after a good nights sleep. Just made some coffee.

Got some pizza left over for dinner.

Going to play four tables and put in some hands before then.

I folded the nuts on the river... it was a 10 cent pot. He jammed for $2.70 I didn't feel like losing extra money to the rake for a chop so I folded. Bad move? It was four to a straight out there. Any Ace wins.

If he's bluffing I win $2.50+ if he's not bluffing I lose 20c. It might be worth it to call there and just lose the rake in case he had a 9 and went crazy or something.

So your a limit player? or a NL one. Stick to one format and one stake. You know I'm right. Show some discipline. If you want some help looking back at hands It would be a pleasure.

I use to only play limit just transitioning to NL. The limit games don't run that frequent and there's always a NL game going. My goal is to reach 50NL within a year or so.

Just lost $29 in $1/$2 got hit and run myself. I'm usually the one doing that. I'm really bad at heads up limit.

@ SK you think I should just stick to one format and practice that? I have a bad habit of going on tilt and dusting in limit. So I should probably stay out of there. I already want to chase my $29 loss and jump in the $5/$10 limit game that's running. Bad bad bad. ABSOLUTE DISASTER THOUGHTS.

Chased my losses all night. Ended up in 3/6 got $143 back still down $108.

Bankroll: $401.19

Was down to $223 at one point. No more limit that's the last straw. Back to 2NL tomorrow.

I believe you should stop caring that much about your bankroll and instead put some attention on improving your game

I agree. No more limit no matter what. Even if I lose 10 buy-ins in 2NL I'm not going to play limit anymore. I was so scared when I was down to $200 something lucky to get $200 back.

Day 10:

Just went to the store then ate dinner. No more obligations for the day and I can focus on playing.

Goals - Play at least 500 hands of 2NL, read a little Mental Game.
