I will give a month update guy's , i started off pretty strong but than went back down.
Had some personal issues and spewed a ton of stacks , thats also the reason why i wasn't active. Just wanted to grind grind and grind
We do reach a pretty high volume again but failed in win rate and pretty much didn't do sloth of studying.

In, gl mate some good grind just make sure high volume doesn't become -EV cos you wanna grind.

Kinda vague but you gotta any advice for a breakeven 50NL stars reg? Feel like I've hit the ceiling (which I haven't obviously lol) and don't know how to progress my game anymore. Taa

Yeah, its deff costing me some EV.

How to improve:

-1 review you're sessions, hands and stats
-2 discus hands with poker friends
-3 look for study material (training sites, books,...)

and if you want to take it more seriously, than you can hire a coach.

i never played 10 or 25nl but at 100nl i had like 3bb over 500k hands, so i never been a real crusher.

These kind of questions aren't really relevant because anyone who could achieve the max at those stakes doesn't play them because they make more money playing higher!

I know a few people with 7bb over big samples at 200, and one with that w/r over 1 million hands at 500. Lower more rake but softer player pools, probably balances out.

Nah i never use any solver, the only reason is that i need windows for it.
So i have to look to bootcamp my mac or use parralles, not a big fan off :-) but i guess i have to.

Goals oktober:

-play less hands COMPLETED
-study more FAILED
-reach 5bb/100 FAILED
-find a place to live FAILED

So we did completed the easiest goal, not really happy with the way i played this month.
So lets do better in November , after November i wil take some time off go to Prague chill and play some donkaments.

So the goals for november are pretty much the same poker wise, except that i will study some mtts. I will look for a grind house next year :-) i lived 3 months in Mexico before these, so i'm pretty much freezing in Belgium now. you can also follow me on insta, but i'm not super active lately
