For those sweating it, I've retrieved all of my money from Bodog and been allowed to continue playing under my new affiliate.

After being stuck on the phone for 30 minutes today trying to read out the letters of my username to some Thai phone operator, I was finally told to send through my ID for verification. Which is what I was told after spending 20 minutes on hold yesterday. I'd actually sent the documents via email 2 weeks prior and sent them again yesterday, so you could imagine I was pretty annoyed when I got told in broken English to send my documents again for the third time today.

Ready to give up, I was about ready to start abusing the poor Thai girl I was speaking to but luckily? the line disconnected and I had to call back. Basically banging my head on the wall at this stage. I call back and by some absolute miracle within seconds this girl tells me my id has been verified and my account reenabled and I'm good to cash out everything and transfer to the new account which has been enabled for poker. Part of me thinks they were just sick of dealing with me all day long on email and now phone so they just said fk it :')

But I'm really pleased with the result, obviously. The process was long and I was left in the dark for most of it but they got things right in the end and have retained a customer in me. Not all poker sites are out to get ya it seems! Cheers Bodog.
