Today I played some Pokermaster, still ***** around with PK. I have no idea how I did results-wise but I've finally gotten to a point where I really couldn't care less. My only focus is on playing good and then spending lots of time reviewing hands/ranges in between/after sessions. I had to switch back to Hand2Note today because I cbf renewing PGM when i won't be on pm much longer, and I just can't be assed to setup aliases to check the session graph. Australia is very multicultural, I'd say everyone here is maybe like "softcore racist" in that I can talk **** about how the Brisbane CBD is overrun with Chinese and Koreans behind their backs, but I'm going to be polite to any Chinese guy I meet in the casino or anywhere for that matter. Same for the wogs in Sydney, I love all of the wogs at Marconi! In the US, people seem to express genuine hatred for certain minorities and I really have never seen that in Aus, at least not from my generation.

Australians are racist as **** though for the most part tollerant, if due only to being such a new nation founded on genocide and ongoing oppression of its first peoples. Hyper multicultural, huge asian populations are what make Sydney great IMO. Otherwise we'd just have the worlds best coffee and dull department stores.

There was a huge hub-ub about these white high school kids surrounding and taunting a Native American.

The problem is, the media ran with the story without fully researching it, and the Native American, Nathan Phillips, went onto CNN and lied about several key aspects of the story, including saying that they threatened him and chanted "build that wall!".

The kids were taunted by a group of Black Israelites (grown men) who called them "crackers", "f****ts" and "future school shooters" among other things. The kids responded by doing their school chant which resembles a NZ Maori dance. The Native American and a few others walked over to the High School kids, and entered the crowd banging a drum. Phillips approached one student, and started banging the drum inches from his face while the kid smiled and stared at him. This image went viral, and many called these kids racists and scum.

A 2-hour video (shot by the black israelites) was released the next day, causing places like CNN, the NYT and cesspools like reddit to backpedal hard on their original reporting. The school, Covington Catholic, had to be closed today for fear of violence. Many celebrities including Kathy Griffin called for doxxing of these minors.

to be fair, they were on a school trip to protest women's rights. seems like they were provoked by a different group of ****ty people, but they're pretty awful people as well. though you can't really blame the kids, they've been brainwashed really hard if they're private school is anything like mine was. those adult chaperones/teachers are scum though
