So today I didn't play any poker because I'm still waiting for my Pokerking accounts to be finalised. BUT I had a 1.5-2 hour coaching session and again learnt a ton in that! I also did probably an additional 2.5 hours of study/application of what I learnt.

Main topics we covered today were:
- becoming more familiar with ratio of flush draw combos to PP combos on certain textures and how holding the nut flush blocker OR the Ace of that suit coming on the turn diminishes the total no. Combos of flush draws
- Looking at how CO vs BTN, guys who 3bet say 10% overall vs the guys who rarely 3bet IP, just how the aggro players range is different to the passive players on the Q high and K high boards. I.e. a lot of players will 3bet almost all their Qx from btn vs co, and a lot of players will cold call almost all of them.
- we also looked at wide cold call ranges like vs the guys with 35% cold call (i.e. your 47/8/3 type players) how once checked to, on certain textures they'll have an extremely high density of flush draws on Two toned boards compared to the guys with more conservative cold call stats. This also means these guys will potentially have way more bluffs on brick runouts.
- I also then looked at vs these really wide range cold callers, how fold equity changes drastically from turn to river in a number of situations.

Safe to say, we did work today! Can't wait to jump back into some games hopefully tomorrow and look to apply some of this stuff.

Also just got a Thai massage and FK me, it's 300 baht for the massage but she didn't shut the FK up about me leaving her a good tip, so it ended up costing 800. But ****s worthwhile imo two days out from leg day and with back day tomorrow.
