I have the pack since the release and i dont really want to comment on its quality. Instagramming a 11$ bi tourney will not help either

What's the biggest skill carryover from you sit n go background? I'd assume ICM knowledge, and short stack play. But then you're studying includes 0 to 13 bigs. Shouldn't that be your bread and butter stack size?

I think the two biggest things i am carrying over from sngs are

1) Small details matter........a lot (propably this is the reason i am a bit behind the studying schedule, analyzing everything in depth)

2) Not really caring about money swings

You cant really compare the two formats at any stack depth. Ranges are different. One format is 6handed icm heavy where it affects preflop ranges, while mtt icm is very forgiving and even big mistakes arent punished that much (there are spots where icm matters in mtts but nothing like playing a format where icm matters on every spot). Also most mtts are 8/9 handed which is quite a big difference

Everton won easily yesterday while Stoke lost a 90th minute penalty. I couldnt believe how slow Adam responded when goalkeeper saved the penalty. He got his team relegated most likely but this is football

For anyone into betting, Aguero is priced highly for 1st goalscorer imo. I am not betting anything as i dont think you can make a profit from sports betting especially at popular leagues but something to look into if someone would like to punt some money

Sunday grind is on in a few hours, gl everyone

You've yet to post a real $ graph so far in this thread, which is impressive in itself.

GL with the MTTs, I won't be playing much Party/$500s+ so hopefully I'll never see you.

Sunday wasnt very good. I started early which i think is a mistake even for Sundays as a result i couldnt play really well in the deep run i made in Sunday Major in pp. I finished 20th but i was playing suboptimal in many spots. Main reason is the grinding started way too early and i was playing already 12 hours straight. I did three huge mistakes that even then i couldnt believe what i did

Super slow structure and it took 16 hours of total grinding in Sunday. I am feeling very tired today and even though i started studying since i woke up i dont think i will invest more than 8 hours today

I gave a massive bad beat when we were 34 left but i had only 12 big blinds in a postflop spot. I got coolered again in Pokerstars in which i finished -15ev bb and -28bb total. I got 80-100bb all in with set over set and flush over flush in a 3b pot which i was behind in both (obviously)

The graph in stars comparing to the graph in PP is completely different. I contacted a high stake reg and he told me that maybe i change my play because i am biased towards stars. I didnt think it is even possible to play different at the same time but just in case i send him my hhs to take a look

I cant wait to have the verdict even though any verdict will be dissapointing

        1) I am playing different in stars subconsiously? Then something is really wrong if i dont understand that indeed i do it
        2) It is just a bad run? It will be dissapointing because i am running bad in stars year after year and even though i am winning i am not getting what i deserve, at least comparing to ev

        Stars bb: -2 bb/100 -9 ev bb/100 25k hands
        Party bb: 14.86 bb/100 10.4 ev bb /100 15k hands

I think the most certain reason is bleeding chips at 100bb+ where in PP, i always have 100bb- in which i am more familiar

        Weekly goals:
        - Dont study before grinding ever. A little review is fine but not 4-5 hours
        - Do not load any games above 100bb. Actually i will give a freeroll on this for three people. If anyone catches me loading earlier than 100 big blinds and post a screenshot here i will send him 50$ between today and Sunday. Party and Stars included
-Take three days off dedicating my time studying and finish everything up to 60bbs
-Study if i finish grinding session early for 2 hours at least

        Next update on Monday. Gl

Wnjoying the thread and can't wait for to become an epic crusher!

Maybe you accounted for this buut.... Is it not possible that the PP graph looks so favourable because of the sheer amount of pots played at 100bb+ deep. They have super deep structures vs stars as you will know.

I'm sure that doesnt account for all of it obv, but perhaps a factor.

Most tournaments in PP start with 100bb while in stars they start with 150bb+. In stars i played some starting with 250bb. This is far from true unless you mean something else

Moreover in pp i am late regging mostly while in stars i played many tournaments from the start. 0-80bb: i have higher wr in pp than stars

Back on the tables today. Finished everything i need up to 40bb and 25% of 60bb. Very productive two days off the tables. I spent Valentine's day with the gf who had the day off

I am extremely pleased with Real Madrid's result. I couldnt resist and i bet some moniez on their win as i thought 2.35 for Madrid in home was absurd. I have to thank Emeri who took Cavani off and put Dani Alvez as second holding midfielder (wtf was that?). Both goals from where Alvez should have played, as Zidane put Assensio on and rest is history

I played in PP and PS today. The ridiculous run in stars continue even though i am quite happy with my performance there

I did a deep run on daily marathon where i got eliminated with a questionable hand KK on A high board 3b pot. Really not sure about the hand but it is so tilting to see half KK on A high board and half QQ on A, K high board

Insta quit pp when i played against two players who are reported in multiple posts that they are bots. Either party doesnt give a **** or party doesnt give a ****. Also pressing enter 5 times to wish bad things to other people isnt very funny. PP needs to fix their chat asap

Short session but not without ridiculous runouts once more

I would be shocked if 3-4% isnt sustainable in 1ks atm. Most games i watched have 3 fish+1 reg from other format. I even saw some 4 fish games. I had 1.7% with 0.70-1.2 fish. It isnt appealing for me to sit 10 hours to get 10-20 1ks and i didnt want to play down to 100$s

I could mix them in theory but i already find it difficult to have different backgrounds from ps and pp. I plan to add 888 aswell and my monitor will be a mess

So I decided to finish 12th on Sunday Million yesterday. It was the first time I actually enjoyed playing mtts and I guess this is what is all about. Deep runs in major events

I got eliminated against a very bad ex hyper reg who was donating in hypers. Apparently he won lots of money in live poker afterwards. As a result we had a really fun chat as he was cocky (lol). It seems people, especially the bad regs, have very short memory

Apparently 2+2 doesnt want me to post the walk of shame so here is the boom

            https://www.boomplayer.com/26940288_645BF8CD74

I ran the hand in pio to make sure if it is a call. In one hand it is crystal clear call in pio on the other hand I doubt bad regs (especially in mtts) have the knowledge to bluff enough on this spot which is fine I guess because I am winning ton of ev in the other lines. Again we were deep, I was playing really well and having a weak reg on my left should lead to a very exploitable fold. I dont know as I am still learning the dynamics of the field. Pretty sure I would have at least 2-3 more deep runs if I had thrown my mouse away when I faced a call/fold decision on river

Pablotenisis actually wrote ''Q7 hahahahah wtf''. No matter what, it is funny to see a ****ing bad regfish who doesnt have a clue what is going on talking ****. Always enjoyed the thrash talk and this is why I love the game of poker. Competition

On the other hand I am happy for several things and this is where I should focus

            1) Took two days off grinding to study only last week, tweaked some things and instantly my results improved dramatically

            2) Results are very good at 50$+ The stakes which matter the most. Seems like everything is clicking more but ton of things to do and fix/adjust

            3) It seems I slowly start to destroy 0-80bb and I havent finished 60bb yet which is the most positive aspect so far

I have to stop loading more than 80bb. I am writing this all the time but I am like ''come on, one more time'' Just to put my stack at risk on some borderline spots

            4) I feel like I found a more optimal way to organize my schedule. I didnt want to go out at all. I just wanted to study/play every day but I feel much better going out twice a week, dedicating one day for my girlfriend, two days studying only, one night out with my friends and 1-2 hours reviewing after the daily grind. The only part missing is working out regularly that I havent done since October

            5) Propably it is the first time that I am optimistic that great things will happen in mtts this year. I start to understand population more and I cant wait to study them but other things are more important atm. Hopefully I will have some more deep runs in the near future

I feel scammed every time I play in pokerstars. Some things I see day in and day out are unbelievable

Set over set. Sums up my run in stars all these years

I had more of course but these are the hands which were the most annoying. I am focussing on the positive that my winrate would be even better without those ******ed runouts and posting to let off the steam. I feel extra motivated to continue the journey in mtts even though I cant say I enjoy the ride so far. I should feel dissapointed/frustrated busting the mil but I feel so motivated atm

I would love to grind in party but there are many worrying things. People are posting about bots every day and security seems to be insufficient. I played against half of the people who are reported as bots. On the other side they are trying really hard to provide a competitive schedule and compete stars but BOTS

Moreover i am VERY worried about the integrity of their games for another reason which i dont really want to talk about. At least for now

My plan is to spend the day with my gf, tomorrow studying and watching Chelsea – Barcelona. Then grinding until Friday which is a study day again. Hopefully I will hit the gym at least once the next two days. The issue is when I wake up, all I want to do is poker

                    Spoiler:
I would have posted every hand with gifs but girlfriend is waiting to eat something
