Maybe you should take a break and clear your head mate! Seems like you dont even believe you can win at 50nl, so i would either take a break a study or move down.

h1: jamming turn looks very bad. probably call/fold river, player dependent
h2: think this spot is very underbluffed and your hand is crushed vs his value range. No fds makes it worse too. vs this price i would call flop fold turn unimproved
h3: your hand is worth 3 streets in most runnouts, standard turn bet, and i guess fold is better vs most guys. This is the kind of spot you wouldnt question if werent going through such a rough patch.

Today come back to the old exploitation and I felt much better from the mental point of view above all. In the past days never a big tilt but a lot of micro tilt caused by the call river.

Today i've tryed some nl50 on other sites and i think i will continue on this.
Overall i find the games more softer compared to stars which are very soft but atleast i do not have to fight for every single pot.
Played also some nl25 and probably stayed for the next days here to tryied some new thing.

I think pretty high and pretty low in my site, stars. I always tryied the other network but i always came back to ps. Software, botting plus the average field that is not that soft compared to stars.
I'm a 40k hands month guy. I dont like playing 15 tables at the same time also without back.
Also in my position right now where im trying to adjust my game and change it almost every session this thing would be impossible.
But depends on how much you can make. Some people like to masstabling but you need to see the hourly in various condition.

Small session but ps is keep crushing myself, was not in feeling to play nl50 so some nl25 but the same story.


Finally after a month of try i can overshove river vs this top bad reg, last time in bluff and he called river with a tp no kicker. With the nuts

Ok so this is complete february.

From the stake.
Overall i think i played pretty bad. Last 3 days made some ev plus understand that i can escape somethimes from cooler or what i think it's a cooler, probably more the last one.
I think that all my thoughts about nl50 pool overbluffing came from the christmas field which was very full of degenerated but now it's the opposite as standard.
So atleast i know what i'm doing wrong.
Then overall a lot of real cooler but it's ok. I remember in january when every QQ+ was a stack added on the roll, and i'm not jocking.
Goals:

-Study more;[x], probably less hours compared to january but more productive

-3 times excercize a week; [], still 2 but I am a worker and i don't have a car so atleast i'm walking a lot.

The new strategies are going quite well. The volume is from nl10-50 and finally some run good at the higher stakes.
Played also some nl10 just to tried the strategies the first time and goes well but running insanely well but the pool is just put the money at 20% so all good.
Overall i think my general post plan has improved a lot but still a lot of thing to do.

Ipoker today saved my ass, on stars i'm not winning any 80/20.
I don't know if i have to quit stars atleast for the moment because the tables are very easy but the reg are in average quite ok. On ipoker or other sites i feel the overall game more passive and stationing but i need 2 sites minimum for good action plus other bad thing.

Played a bit of nl50 on ipoker, both 100bb and 50bb because runs a lot of this. Overall my 50bb still my worst game i think but not real interest atm to improve in that part of the game, struggling enough on the 100bb .

Graph for the last days is pretty ridiculous. Also check the overall for the year and i'm even, so swing about 1.2k.
Don't know what to do. I'm starting to think that really i can't beat micro stakes.
Last days also tilt pretty hard and it has not happened for a long time plus my roll management seems to me that he went to get ****ed.
I think that 6max is just destroying myself.
Was thinking and still about upswing, study a lot and go from that but probably more on the tournament side.
I don't know if is good to switch again game format but I would kill myself rather than open the cash lobby at the moment.
I was really start to think that i would find a real balance with play, study, improve really hard, finally some real level up but maybe too much for me.

No graph for the last days because because I did not play. Yesterday I decided to buy Rio elite so atm i'm on the study grind pretty hard and i don't feel to play. Maybe tomorrow a small session but not more.

Graph for the last days and i just realized that the bb graph is distorted by some hands at nl2 when i was testing a new hud.
Played also 2 MTT, one not itm K6>AK(hero, flopped 2P )>99 for 100bb pot near the money and the other made a ft but like 2.5 bi profit.
Today put like 3 hours of play and 4/5 of study between rio and a big db review of myself and i found that in the last months with the changes I have made I have modified, for the worse, one of the lines where I had a relatively high winrate and which is due to the crush of the redline so pretty good.
