Hey guys,
In this thread I am going to document my Hyper SnG & Spin Grind 2018.
I will set up smaller goals and mini challenges during the year but my overall goal is to win 30k during 2018 and study 1h for every 10h I play!
I am currently playing the 15$ 6 mans and Spins not sure about my ROI yet but will set up an overall ROI goal for the year end of January. 30k is a very big goal for me looking at a time span of one year only and the fact that University takes away big parts of my free time.
About Poker:
- Winning player at the level I am playing but still slightly loosing at the higher levels. The goal is obviously to move up during the year and reach 30 & 60 $ spins and 30$ SnGs. Since SnG action on Stars is barely alive and even the low levels are very reggy I will probably change platform regarding SnGs and keep grinding the Spins on stars.
- Another goal of mine is to play at least 2 “big” live events this year. Everything above 200$ will be counted as a big event for me
- I am confronted with a big downswing at the moment (end of 2017, beginning of 2018) but thread rungood is kicking in for sure right?
- Really motivated to study, the recent days since I have the feeling to get exploited hard by the good SnG regs…

About the thread:
- I will update regularly how sessions & study went and will make a big recap at the end of each month. Graphs will probably be posted at the end of a month only. However I try to post interesting Hands, CEV and $EV after every session!
- Moreover I will start to focus on mental game more during 2018 since I think it sucked during periods of 2017 when I was ether lazy regarding studying the game or played horrible sessions because I was on tilt.
