As the guy was playing 94/25 vpip pfr I wonder if I should have called here.
Flop is strange bet to get him off A-high. It's a little different in regards that he 3-bet me.
Playing these mega aggro whales deep stacked is certainly not my specialty.

This was complete snap call

I'm buying a Huawei laptop tomorrow which has 3000x2000 resolution screen. That should be really great for playing poker on a laptop.

Best of luck 2021! Will get new thread going.

Hi. I bought Huawei Matebook X Pro 2019 model. I got it with nice discount and it's perfect purchase for my needs.
So the laptop comes with 3000x2000 resolution. Then by default Windows dpi scales 200%. This reduces resolution to 1500x1000 but the text is perfect size and readable.
If you go 150% or lower, the text becomes too small for casual use.
Now, with poker this is not an issue. The HUD is readable and poker sites have big cards. The screen resolution is enough to fit 9 tables easily. You don't have to size them down at all, quite the opposite.

I went with this model because I figured that 2140x1440 doesn't have enough width for 6-tabling (3x2). And I specifically didn't want to use a 2nd monitor. I haven't actually played session yet on the laptop, just beta tested the setup. But so, 100% dpi scaling when grinding, back to 200% when you finish session
I'm never going back to Full HD-laptop. It's silly resolution.

Unfortunately that was all of 2020. I didn't play much, but I'm planning productive 2021.
I have new thread here: https://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/1...urney-1784118/
