This is from christmas to now. I have some hands from before but I didn't really know what i was doing and playing way too loose from OOP. I think I probably still play a little loose passive OOP, but its not as bad as it was before.
obvi getting some rungood but not a bad start --> 30bbev/100
online roll sitting at $622, live roll at approx. ~$5200
Had a pretty solid live PLO win over the break before I went on vacation.
Was playing 1/2PLO 10 handed (sometimes 7-8 handed), and was down $450 or so just missing everything. Game was decent but had 3-4 regs, one of which who was super aggro and hard to play against. Ended up playing for about 5 hours which is a long session for me and cashing $1178 for a +730 day.
Had an interesting hand vs aggro reg
UTG straddle to $4, 2 calls, I pot it with AKQ7ss in the CO.
folds to UTG+1 who calls, aggro reg in MP calls as well. Pot is somewhere around $75.
Flop: K94r with BDFD possibility.
both check, i bet 2/3 pot, aggro reg calls, other folds (HU now)
turn K (no flush), checked to me I bet approx 2/3 pot or $140 ish
aggro reg flats, river 8r
checks to me, I think for a second about checking behind for pot control. Its possible he has a small FH but more likely he has a K. As I'm doing this, he says "i know what you have"
To which I reply, "you do?"
he says, "You have a busted draw, straight draw or something"
I kind of smile at him for a sec and then bet $75 and he snap calls with a lower K
I just figured that the sizing would be easy to call for a K or mid pair if he really thinks I was on a draw. Anyways, was kind of fun. He wasn't too happy but he was up like $2k already so meh. Would have been a ****ty spot if he shoves with my terrible river bet sizing in retrospect and I guess I would have had to fold?
