Yeah it really is amazing.

Got another 600hands in or so before leaving and shipped another three stacks or so at 500z. Sauce was in the pool too, presumably for some RIO stuff.

Thor Ragnarok is amazing btw. I never really liked the Thor films and felt they took themselves too seriously, but this one is awesome. It's a total 80s throwback w/ the soundtrack and colour scheme/neon, and is abso fkn hilarious in places. Definitely going to see it again before it's out of the cinema. Has the best opening scene of any Marvel movie too. 9.5/10.

Played a little bit today. Got the games started at 500z and they started out with a really good reg/rec ratio and won a buyin or so. I'll do a MTD update on Monday night probably. After that I'll prob just do weekly updates as it's super quiet in here.

Down in London Monday-Thursday visiting friends, so will likely play some live pokers. If anyone's in the vic gimme a shout.

I'm not London poker scene expert, but pretty sure Vic is the best/busiest room for basically all stakes. Except for maybe the odd night when Palm Beach goes off.

From Scotland, travel around quite a lot though.

Thor is great, I'm sure you'll enjoy it! Thanks, will do

Month to date. Tables weren't great today, so just did a bunch of studying instead of playing. Caught a flight at 6pm, my rule for domestic flights is sleep or drink and wasn't feeling tired, so had 5 G+Ts. In LDN now, so quick update before heading out.

Made an absolute bundle today on AMD shares. Bought them at 10x leverage after the quarterly earnings reports and they had a big rebound today. Will be buying up BTC in large amounts when I can get in at a decent price point.

When are you planning on entering? Imo the current $7100 can't be a bad entry no? Waiting til post fork?

Literally no idea what to do with bitcoin right now. The fork is probably canned, but might not be? I'm not trading it until the volatility settles a bit and I can decipher what's happening. To the original question, $7100 is probably still a good long term entry point, but there will be a retracement at some point, so I'll load up at that point.

How's it going for you?

Yeh was interesting sweating the surge after the Twitter announcement last night.

As for me, I've invested all I can for the time being. Now I'm just kicking back and enjoying the ride. When more money presents itself I'll try find a good reentry point and stuff some more in. But I'm quite happy so far. Got in at about $6k AUD and it went a little over $10k aud last night so seeing some promising results already!

Yeah for sure it was interesting last night. Seems nobody really knows what to do right now looking at the buy/sell orders that have been coming in.

Glad to hear you got in at basically the nut point for short term growth

Decent session today. The games were ridiculously tough for like 2hrs mid day, so I just wrapped it up there. Lots of spicy hands though and a good mix of people either hero-ing or doing it off to me in big pots.

November going pretty well so far, despite not having played a whole bunch. Should be able to get a lot of volume between this weekend and next week, but after that I'll be in Germany for a week and visiting family for 4 days. I have managed to get a lot of good study work done though, which I'm pleased with.

Weekend graph. Again shiiiiiat volume, but decent results. Feel as if I'm outperforming the meta right now, despite running above expectation. The changes I've made to my game overall in the past 3 months seem like they are doing a very good job vs 'standard' 500z game trees.

Should have played more this weekend, but I went out on Friday night with my two best men for my wedding and a selection of others. We had a table at this awesome new bar that has just opened, which has a late night bowling alley, table tennis and pool tables. So we drank whisky until about 3am and played killer pool/TT. It was a really fun night, but fkn hell I was suffering on Saturday. Thankfully Aimee was out Friday night too, so I got off with doing as little as possible all day

People like power rankings, so I'll do one of them. Based on my current experience back at 500z, these are probably the toughest guys I've played a good few hands with so far:

                    Pastorcitox
                    Ishter11
                    Benabadbeat
                    Sonny_black
                    MMAsherdog
                    ERA7ER
                    Kaarem
                    VLT.Scarface
                    dccnesquick

No particular order. If you're not on the list, no beef. Could be off the mark or have missed some obvious ones, feel free to drop some rankings of your own!

Crypto I'm a funny place right now, seems like lots of sidewards movement. I missed out on Mercury, but think it's mostly hype, so not interested long term. Ethereum been bouncing between 270 and 310 for months now, so unless you know something I don't, then it doesn't look overly primed for a break out. I know that Mercury is built in ETH, but see above for my opinion there.

Really hyped about Iota as far as blockchain tech goes, I really think it's a game changer. If you haven't read up on it then I think you should. I've bought up quite a bit of dash and BTC lately too.

Do you find someone like Kaarem much different than the 6max guys? One would assume he is a gazillion miles ahead theory wise.

Yeah theory wise I imagine he is a good bit ahead of the average 6max reg. He just doesn't seem to make mistakes in BTN vs BB spots, or HU pots in general, which is just a huge part of the zoom meta.
