Results aren't where I want them to be, although if I didn't spew as much I'd probably be there. Most of my spew these days come from not being disciplined enough to fold rather than barreling funky hands like the 55 above. At least with the 55 hand I did have a clear plan while playing it, and even now when reviewing the hand I agree with my thought process, although this hand is still bit spewy.
In case you are wondering why I chose to barrel it, well my plan was precisely to bink a set on the river to stack villain. You can't say that isn't a good plan, cuz obviously it worked.

On Saturday I finished up my CFP program I joined at the start of this year. While I have made major improvements to my game, I still do some spewy things and it is reflected on my results for this year with my EV bb/100 only being 2.3/100 which is basically the same WR as I had last year...
Granted that last year I was mainly playing 50-100nl and I'm playing in tougher line-ups this year, but still I feel my WR should be double of what it is. At any rate, I did succeed in 2/3 of my goals for this year which is just awesome.

For now I'm going to enjoy the bachelor life and donk around a bit. I've withdrawn all but $100 and am going to try to grind it up to $10k by the end of this year. I already tried a stream with just 6 tables open so that all the tables can be viewed, but it's god awful boring and I just wanna get out of the micros as fast as I can, so I'll be mass multi-tabling whenever I can until I get to 100nl+. Not sure if I'll include rakeback or not, I'll see how fast it goes.

I guess I will make updates in this thread again. Was going to do a $100-$10k challenge but found out my coaching wasn't quite finished yet. When I started the challenge I had withdrawn everything except $100 from the site and it took me a little while to redeposit my roll since I never requested a deposit limit increase, since I never had the need. I felt that I was doomswitched when I started redepositing and I may or may not have spewed at PS's casino. At any rate, I want to finish this year strong.

Got some heat near the end of November, but it still ended in red. Will try to get in some decent volume for December, and hopefully will run a little better.

Wanted to finish the year strong, so I've cut back tables to focus more on spots, trying to have only 9 tables max. Having downswings that wipe away all the profit I previously made just kills my motivation at times as shown in graph below. With the holidays just around the corner, I'm not sure how much volume I'll be putting in for the rest of the month.

Played this hand kinda funky, I was talking to BB the other day while playing either heads up or 3 handed with them and a hand occurred where I took a x/r, x/r line vs them and they folded. I briefly talked to him and mentioned that when I take that line I'm super imbalanced with only nutty hands like 99% of the time. Not sure it makes too much sense to use that line on this board texture, since I mainly would just x/r, b or x/r, x/c.

December continues to be a swingy month for me, with two ~$5k downswings so far. If I had to guess, I would say that a third of that is spew, the rest runbad. Currently at 41k hands, so volume has been good so far.

Wasn't sure whether to fist pump or puke on turn, regardless I'm never folding.

Still pushing hard this month, and I reached the $10k mark the other day. I just wrapped up a 15 hour session, with some breaks in between as games were too good to quit.
