Another day of crazy action has come to an end, and I am again exhausted.
I played a 7-hour session with no break, and then quickly donked off some of my winnings in a 20-minute session.
I wanted to quit after two hours, but the tables were way too good.

Pretty happy with how I played up until the end, and I'm already up 35k this month.

Last year, I really hated playing 500 Zoom, but it's gotten a lot better this year.
I play there a decent amount because there is not enough action at higher stakes.
I usually start my session there and then remove tables when I get good regular tables. Occasionally I'll have 5k+ and 500 zoom at the same time.

This last week has again been very slow, and it's been hard to find more than two tables of fish, so I mostly played 500 Zoom.
There was a very special player at NL10k who played very creatively, getting in 10k+ with 9high and worse all the time. I must have been the only player to lose in those games.

The joy of tilting him was worth so much more than the pot.

I just finished my last session of the month.

Except for poker trips, I have not taken more than a couple of days off in over two years because I have been so focused on improving and being successful, and it's caught up to me a bit.
My volume has slowly decreased over the last couple of months and I don't think I'm playing well at all.
So I am going to relax for a week, do some coaching and work on my game.

I'll be going back home next wednesday. Bad timing because that's when the weather in Malta will get a lot better. And it's apparently snowing at home.

The games were much worse than last month, though my EV was higher than my results for sure. But the goal for this year is to win money every month, and I l did that.
I also won some money from shares, so I am pretty happy about my results overall.
