What kind of player does someone have to be for you to slow play aces against them?

A player would over folds to 4bets or doesn't get the money in light.
Or someone who over bluffs post-flop vs a seemingly capped range.

I called because there was a recreational player in the middle whom I thought was going to spazz out a lot, and then the reg has to go first after his jam.
And the SPR will be low enough in a 3way pot that I am not that worried about having to fold my hand very often.

I suppose bad in theory but in case it changes things I had some reads.
I don't expect him to raise FDs OTF very often at all and I guess he probably shouldn't (?).
I perceived his raise as either 55/66/65 (I believe he folds Q6s/Q5s pre tbh) or a random spaz triggered by my small sizing which he thought was always weak.
I think there's a good chance he folds everything but a flush to the river shove.

Does it make sense to prefer to call 77 OTT over 88/99 because of the SD?
If he did have a set was he overplaying by barrelling on the flush runout?
