When I estimated aggressive river range (bluffing all busted FDs and straight draws, few combos of thin value shoves too) for BTN on 44 hand, I got for youre river call EV -4bb. Obviosly missing all the game play and range reads, but hard to see this is positive EV call in any assumptions.
