Interesting stuff mate thank you I think I will implement a similar strategy for 2016 as my volume is very poor because I just tend to play when I feel i'm 'in the zone' rather than grinding out the hours.
Was sick for most of December and so couldn't grind much at all which sucks @SS. I failed to complete the challenge due to a number of reasons but it was good experience to at least start setting goals and planning a future for myself.I had 41k total profit for the year including live poker.14.5k under EV online which is pretty normal but affected the results. Also volume wasn't anywhere near good enough due to health problems.Still in all I am very happy with 2015
Albeit a tough year for me, I believe I am moving in the right direction and cannot wait to tackle 2016!
I haven't smoked now in 36 days and alcohol consumption has dropped significantly. Both my mental/psychical health is starting to improve which is number one obviously over money. I haven't had any sort of panic attack in ages either.

Goals for 2016 are going to be more volume based:
800 hours of LIVE CASH GAMES
800 hours of ONLINE POKER
400 hours of QUALITY STUDY
200 workouts inc. GYM/GOLF
Live cash will hopefully serve as a bread and butter game with some 'variance free' income to pay the bills. Depending on where I am going to be living, there will be a disparity in my hourly. I am flying to Prague friday to play some cash and look at some apartments which could potentially be my home for the coming months.
Online poker will obviously be much higher stakes playing for the stable.Crazy swings are to be expected but should be great fun.I am really looking forward to working with my coach in 2016 and improving my game through quality hours of study/hand reviews/improving thought processes/becoming a master of the mental game.
Fitness will of course always be very important to me. I love being fit and healthy and will bust my @ss all year in the gym to get to where I need to be.
As a final thought, I really strongly believe I am starting to understand myself more and am feeling more comfortable in my own skin. Self destructive actions have seemingly stopped entirely (**fingers crossed**) and my self esteem and confidence are returning to levels where they need to be.Belief in oneself is obviously very important IRL but I think it also helps out a lot in poker.
GL to everyone in 2016
N.B. A loose $$$ goal for the new year is 70k USD total profit.
