I read the RIO forums regulalry and its insane how much progress you made and how quickly you went from 100NL. Nice work.

Am I off if I think 3betting k9ss bb v btn is bad(should flat) and hand #2 being std if you have decent 4betting activity in the CO?

Thanks a lot. Took a lot of time and dedication, but I am very motivated.

The 3bet is fine if he thinks I'm calling enough dominated hands, but that's most likely not what he was thinking. More like ''uuuh high card and spades, RAISE''.

Betting middle pair here seems dumb if he's got a flop potting strategy, and the middle card pairing is good for me, so I don't see why his range wants to pot the turn, even if he pots his 9x. He still has lots of Ax and other show down value hands that are now way behind.

But I guess it doesn't matter if he outruns me in every hand.

I am totally with you there, I just wanted to focus a bit more on preflop as im alot more conflicted there myself.

I thought it wasn't so bad at first glance because he can fold a lot of missed draws and Kx OTR. But his draws mostly contain Ax that hits the turn and he folds alot of Kx OTT 3way. So the range he goes to river with is like no draws, few sets, QA JA ... (all very strong hands). Maybe you can argue that he almost never has double pair (if he doesn't flat A3 pre and 3bet KA pre....) and you have almost all of them but yeah it seems unlikely he folds QA here so it's -EV

Does anyone know how to view your stats in PT4 for this month? So not just VPP/PFR etc., but everything you get on your HUD.

I only have my lfietime stats, but obviously they're useless because I play completely differently than a while ago.

In for the ride. Any particular reason you decided to study poker for 7 months?

Solid day today. Got 3.2k VPPs left until my milestone, which is going to be tough because I'll be busy tomorrow. Pretty happy with how I played.
After that, I'm taking at least five days off, as I want to have a little break, and also watch some more videos and think about some concepts. Playing big volume makes you autopilot too much.


December graph will be posted on the 4th of January.

I've been reg battling for days now at 1k/2K. and I've really enjoyed it. It keeps your game sharp.

Huge respect for Ospiel888. There a few players I'll admit are much better than me, but he just is.
The guy is on another level from everyone else at 1k/2k.

As far as I understand it, PT4 doesn't have the ability to create a lot of the stats it does for you personally that it does for other players. I can't remember why at the moment, sorry.
