hey guys! I'm not broke yet... just don't have much time to spend on the internet when i don't study or grind, so i'll keep this short as well.

I did get a very good grade on my presentation at university last week and i have a bit success at poker, too. I play nl50 and nl100 atm and run better at nl50 imo
people are better at nl100 but i think if i keep working on my game and don't spew much i can also have some success there in future.

graphs

it's only a small sample but i think i do some things right atm.
of course there's so much aspects that i have to improve but that's ok because i enjoy studying the game meanwhile.

i want to travel around the world and don't worry too much about money in future so i know i have to learn + work on my game!

i heard so much good things about thailand. hope i can go there this year and have a good time for some weeks.

=> upswing 100 BI in july/august and insta fly away

so far, gl all

June

June was nice. could fix some leaks and played way more hands then expected and also made some money. I have to improve my mental game very much, though. i spew when i run bad and my mind goes just crazy sometimes...I let variance influence my game too much. but overall, i'm happy with the way things go right now!

Almost 14€/hour pre rakeback and i have 30k vpp to go for supernova. hopefully will clear it in mid september, that would boost my rakeback nicely!
looking forward to the next two months, when i will have muuuuuch time for the grind.

    about 30% nl50 and 70% nl100.

hope i can establish myself at nl100 this time. but now as i'm getting a clearer picture about many players at the stake, i am confident of standing the shot. I play nl100 only atm and can drop ~20BI until i would move down to nl50€ tables with 50BI.

BTN was aggro fish, i saw him go crazy pre few hands before.
by cold4betting i higher the chance that he folds a lot, while when i flat it's more likely he'll go crazy again i guess.

not a standard play but given the aggro fish otb reasonable imo.

        Bought that Tiltbreaker today!
I play 1.35h sessions with a stop loss of 300bb. Another thing is to not look up results so frequently. I used to look them up after every session, but I imagine this can't be very helpful with my mental leaks.
So the new rule is no graph or cashier until it's sunday. eventually i'll handle swings better by that.

Shipped 3/6 exams so far and will pass the last one on tuesday. omg i'll be so happy when they`re finally over!

Pokerwise i almost didn't do any work away from the tables. This sucks so much but i just can't get any more new things in my head atm.
I'm not sure about results (not looking them up before sunday), i think it goes down this month so far.
Suddenly ran hot in my latest session today, but then i was like "nobody can beat me" or sth and made two awfully bad calls in the end. insta mistake tilt, fortunately the session ended soon after that anyways.

I know i will have to do lots of work on my gameplan, my mental game and my time management after exams...but also i know the only one who can stop me is myself and i will do what it takes to crush that ****!

TT has ~45% in this specific hand, AQo has ~37% and 99 only ~17%.

HM shows an EV of -64€ but should show +76€, no? also the other 3 hands in the picture below are imo wrong calculated:
          1. KK vs TT 2. AK vs AA 3. AA vs 88, all PFAI

          ?
I know, this is very late, but to answer your question: I think you got confused here with the All-In EV. Your screenshots display the EV diff. not the All-In EV. When you are not a 100% ahead when the cards are flipped over and you manage to win the pot, your EV diff. will always be negativ.

Is 300bb from session-peak or an absolute 300bb loss? Also, don't you think 3bi/300bb is too little? I'm not advising anything I'm trying to set rules for myself.

Unfortunately i can't post one with all hands of the year. I had to switch from Pokertracker to HM few months ago and have no hands from Pokertracker anymore. I can post one with all hands of HM next sunday if you are interested.

300bb is from session peak. It works well for me right now. It can be too little if i lose like 3 times AA vs KK or other coolers (doesn't really tilt me usually) but i think i can tilt pretty fast if i lose many small pots in a row and for that case i think 300bb is fine for now.

Yo, still doing this! It works well for me, but i played bad the last sessions, so it won't prevent u from making stupid moves or sth
I will move down when i fall to 50BI for nl50 or mix in nl200 when i have at least 50BI for it.

idrk, it depends on yourself. I mean if u keep playing solid after losing 5-6BI in a row, why would you want to stop after 3BI?
Same with BRM, it depends on your skill and your edge on the stake. Also ask yourself if you're willing to move down in stakes when you run bad.
What do you want from poker? If you want to go pro one day, i guess i wouldn't even play with less then 80-100BI. If you don't mind to jump in stakes you can easily use a much more aggro BRM then i do.
I hope this helps you. GL!
