I can't stop, won't stop. I love poker. I recently started playing PLO and like it a lot more the NL Holdem. I can count a least a hundred times were i deposit a few hundred dollars into my account and play solid for a few weeks and run it up to a thousand dollars sometimes two thousand. As fast as i can say "Holy**** i'm on F****** tilt" I lose it all.
Reasons why!
1. I lose a few buy-ins and i move up stakes and lose a few buy-ins at new stake and sit with 500 and lose that before i know it I'm at 0.00 in my account. This being the biggest reason i do so poorly with my bankroll.
2. Frustrated with something in life and i play and do terrible for a few days.
3. When and where i play huge factor that eventually leads back to reason 1.
4. I don't study enough! I need to use this forum a lot more. I also purchased Pokertracker4 a few months back. I need to Understand it a bit more and study my play.
Im posting this as a new beginning to something i want to accomplish. Being a professional poker player.
New goals:
1. Start with 80 buy-ins at PLO25. Never move up until bankroll permits it. With tournaments never passing the 27 dollar Pokerstars tournaments.
2. Limit myself to 100 dollar worth of buy-ins a day. If I'm having a bad day just step away and do some poker studying.
3. Study minimum an hour a day. Whether I'm reviewing hands on PT4 or twoplustwo forum reading on PLO. Skype group would be nice. Youtube videos.
4. Eat healthy and try to work out 5 times a week. T25, P90x, gym or just going for a run. Keeps the mind focused.
I have no bills and much free time. I just want to move up the stakes and become one of the greats. I live in Haiti, which is where I'm from.
Any thoughts and or advice from anyone would be great. I'm trying to be active in the poker community of Twoplustwo.

Hey man, if you just recently started with PLO. Id advice you to start way lower than PLO25. You will be crushed.
Best of luck
