Done for today
Played 100ish hands on a diff site for my coachee sweating me.
Overall was tired a f today, so happy i still pulled through.
Gonna do some study now then gym/swim then food.
Yday I had to extend my visa and waiting at immigration office was pretty long. Somehow they had a hairdresser there so I decided to yolo shave all off. I realised that having no hair is simply more convenient and the only reason not to shave it off would be due to what other people would think. That pushed me even more to do it, so I did it.
I also made the following decisions:
- no fap from now on
- gonna start meditating
- no more unhealthy food

I was the king of suckouts today
Feels good to run above EV 
Mainly 200z today, pool was **** and feeling tired.
I switched to intermitten fasting and also thinking about going keto.
Porbably taking offday at gym for that reason. Meeting up later with a good friend to do some watersports.

Might take day off or play lower volume tomorrow. Keto is starting to hit me pretty hard and i might just take it easy and do some crypto research and run some sims

in your scenario, man A wins, he lived his life everyday happily, what more can you ask for as a person? Only you, yourself, know if you are happy. If man A truly was happy day in and day out opposed to man B, man A lived the more fulfilling life, it's not close.

No fapping is easy, just discipline. Not getting laid regularly as a mid 20s male in todays society would be some stark failure.
I dont have issues with setting myself high goals. In fact these targets are as easy as it gets. You just do them. Theres no other step needed. Its not like they require you to develop a certain skill or anything.
Not sure how your post is meant, but Ill just take it as friendly advice.
Good reminder actually for me to start meditating.
Cooking goals might be a thing if i have time, but atm i have someone who cooks for me daily so all good.
I just played a coulpe 100 hands and made 1 monster mistake. Realised I was beyond energyless and quickly sat out. Made more research about keto and decided ill not do it. Gonna stick to IF though, think thats good.
Sold IOTA at ATH yday and bought into SALT before the pump, very happy and gonna continue doing some crypto research and running some sims later on.
Feel tired a f but plan on getting a gym/swim sesh in, and also want to do some meditation today. Perhaps ill play more later but well see, im pretty titled about the mistake.
