When will you meditate? how often will you meditate? no fapping? hope you are getting laid or have low t, cumming feels good , and stop eating junk. U looking at labels? do u know what junk is? cut down on the carbs, sugar, and the labels with 20 ingredients listed and bulk up on the meat, fruits, and veggies. Often times those don't taste as good so you might want to set some cooking goals as well

No fapping is easy, just discipline. Not getting laid regularly as a mid 20s male in todays society would be some stark failure.
I dont have issues with setting myself high goals. In fact these targets are as easy as it gets. You just do them. Theres no other step needed. Its not like they require you to develop a certain skill or anything.
Not sure how your post is meant, but Ill just take it as friendly advice.
Good reminder actually for me to start meditating.
Cooking goals might be a thing if i have time, but atm i have someone who cooks for me daily so all good.
I just played a coulpe 100 hands and made 1 monster mistake. Realised I was beyond energyless and quickly sat out. Made more research about keto and decided ill not do it. Gonna stick to IF though, think thats good.
Sold IOTA at ATH yday and bought into SALT before the pump, very happy and gonna continue doing some crypto research and running some sims later on.
Feel tired a f but plan on getting a gym/swim sesh in, and also want to do some meditation today. Perhaps ill play more later but well see, im pretty titled about the mistake.
