You can PM me if you want to talk more in-depth. I've gotten to know few people with years of experience in meditation.
TMI stage wise it's hard to say, this is because after streamentry, when I was around stage 4-5, I left TMI and did a bunch of other stuff, and since attained 4th path supramundane insight already. I am discussing this with Culadasa, and am coming back to stage 6-10 TMI to investigate some of the particularities of this development. I actually started this investigation a couple days ago.
For instance, my MIA is so developed, that exclusive attention feels completely different than it would for a usual stage 6er, i.e. it's exclusive and clear, but only takes a tiny % of the entire conscious field. This for example was confusing at first, since the last time I practiced TMI at stage 5 right after streamentry, exclusive attention pretty much took over the entire field of consciousness.
Same with wholebody jhanas, since Arhats abide in Equanimity (4thjhana like), it feels extremely weird entering Jhana 1-3, since we have to purposely cultivate joy/pleasure/happiness, which from Equanimity are not satisfactory at all, just for the sake of entering Jhana 1-3. However, this is very interesting to investigate. In fact, I am writing a book to try and reconstruct the entire path and make it more accessible and streamlined for practitioners, as given my own progress, I know that it is possible to make extreme progress in relatively short time, it just depends on your strategy. I will go through pleasure jhanas and luminous jhanas in the next couple days, but I believe that my samadhi itself is actually lackluster compared to MIA so I might not be able to access luminous jhanas for instance, which is a nice reason to practice more.
Maximum sitting time is a question that does not really make much sense once you can stay in 4th jhana, since it just becomes a question of time management/time efficiency.
I sent you a PM, always happy to discuss mindtraining and its fruits.
