$150 - $2k in one month, need motivation!

I've been reading the forums for awhile but finally decided to post and hopefully give myself some mild form of motivation to drastically improve my game. I've been playing poker for over 5 years and have been a low stakes winning player but really haven't taken a shot at getting better.
I'm not a great poker player. I can occasionally pull a 5+ hour session but usually range from 2-4 hours. The beats start to take their toll and although I'm usually up, I can't help but think I should win a lot more. (If a player's odds are 85% to win and he's won 66% of the time, he's still making money, but not nearly at the rate he should). I'm aware of the philosophy of remembering your losses and never your wins, so I'm probably wrong.
I make slight profits from cash games but I prefer Sit n Go's because I tend to be way more successful. DoN's are my most profitable but I'd taken a break after winning about $700 and came back after several months and had zero profits, I assume that people learned ultra tight is the way to go as opposed to taking those 1st hand QQ vs AK coin flips.
Anyway, enough about me, I'd like to get $150 - $2k in 30 days. I deposited $150 on Stars a week ago and created my target of $2k, since then I'm up to $722 with a little help from cash games (made a little less then $100.00 after 1k hands in 1/2 limit). I've played 12+1 SH NL single table Sit n Go's. I plan on playing 4 hours a day and the main reason for posting is to motivate myself to continue and develop a big enough BR to move up to the 23+2's. With 80 BI's, I'd feel comfortable not busting. I'll post every 2 or 3 days for updates. Thanks and feel free to give me any pointers on how to multi table for longer while still continuing to play solid poker!

Haven't posted in a little bit because I've been busy, I actually just changed jobs but I still was able to play a little with great success
I am up over $1,100 in about 2 weeks so I'm still in reach for my goal. I took a few days off because of some really bad variance. With a bit a luck making 850 more is well within grasp!
