Do you play HU often? I don't think I've ever heard you talk about HU play prior. It's an interesting game and plays so different than 6-max that I have a hard time adjusting.

Can you play 25HU anywhere?

Yes, on the site I play i can get 25HU action at anytime. I assume it is the same on sites that are more populated. I rarely do it as I have problems ranging heads up and I've ran way below EV playing it and the variance is insane. But there is tons of action there if you; want it. I just prefer to play 6-max as that's where i've studied.

If you know of anywhere I could play in the UK a site would be appreciated. Might check out the action.

I play HU50 on untracked when a big funplayer wants to play ( this is what happened in the last screenshot I posted where I said I was battling a funplayer). I've considered playing some HU on bovada but my roll is kind of small so I don't really want to right now.

Played bad and ran bad, pretty much ruined my graph for this month. I tanked like 15 buyins in EV in 5k hands, going to try to take a day or 2 off to get rid of accumulated tilt and study. I usually end up playing anyways when I plan to take days off but I am going to try hard to avoid the temptation because I don't think I am playing well anymore.

Tomorrow I am going to go to Vancouver to stay with some online friends who both play professionally online up to 600pl. I need to get my game whipped into shape and quit some bad habits (under-exercising, eating donuts, smoking some plants). I am going to stay as long as I can and absorb GTO strat + grind a ****load of hands.

I have 2 prop bets going on right now, both are who can win $2500 first on stars (no RB). I risk $200 to win $80 in one bet, and $50 to win $52.50 in the other. Being in a grind house, I will have a good shot win both bets.

Battled the same funplayer again at 50pl around hands 1400-1600, once again he started off getting the best of me but I managed to bink him a couple times and bust him again.
Feels good to have a nice win after the beating I took a few days ago.

Late update. April graph (mixed sites - I lost about $200 in EV and net on stars, won on untracked)

Lost a ****load on stars so far this month, probably going to have to go back to 10z for a while. I am very confident that I can beat 25z on weekends/ when pool is soft, but my overall results for the year are horrible there so I'm not sure that I am beating it on weekdays/ reggy hours. I have about 1.7k on untracked now so I may withdraw some to take another few bullets at 25z, probably not though since I want to leave myself as much capital as possible to play the juicy 100 and possibly 200 games and I'm still under-rolled for them.

I am still in Vancouver with the midstakes crushers, absorbing lots of strat and grinding/studying pretty hard. My friend has bought me lots of Chinese food which is cool, I had duck for the first time the other day. There's a guy on this site who thinks there is a bug where you almost always win if you are the last preflop raiser, so he always min 3bets and folds to 3bets if he doesnt have a good enough hand to 4bet and call a 5bet.

so you don't have a roll for plo25, but you play 100 hu? :O variance will kill your roll, you could lose money against a legit monkey (furry human ancestor) who's missing a fold button while playing HU.

Different sites, different rolls. Play 25 on stars, up to 100 on untracked. I'm not playing 100 HU anymore until I get my roll back up on untracked though probably. Variance/RoR too sick.

My coach says I'm a mental fish and ***** constantly in group chat, so I should play stakes where I'm not going to be mentally affected by the swings. So I guess I'm gonna swallow my pride play 10z on stars and 30pl on untracked until I'm super rolled to stake up.

How is going plo 10 ?

Going pretty good, feels bad to playing 10 but gotta swallow my pride, I don't get emotionally affected by the results at this stake so that feels good. Games seem very soft so hopefully be back at 25 soon. Only played like 2 or 3k hands so far so too early to judge my winrate but I'm guessing (and hoping) it's around 5-10bbEV pre rakeback based on pool, we'll see. Maybe I am overconfident.

Ran it up on untracked so played some 50pl HU against the ultra funplayer guy and lost $700 in like an hour. Worst day ever in terms of both net loss and sheer number of coolers / runbad. Back to playing 30, and maybe 50 when it's juicy. Fml
