Anyways, a little about myself. I've been playing poker recreationally for the past 3 years. I finally decided to get serious about poker near the end of last year. I ended up playing alot of different kind of games... PLO, stud hi(my favorite but no one plays it anymore), razz, MTTs, MTTSTNGs, HUSNGs... and the list goes on!!! I decided to give myself a challange to play 100 k hands in 3.5 months after a monster session of 2nl (lolz) because poker is easy obv(j/k) and made a thread

That didn't work out but oh well... forcing myself to play more hands helped me to.. well get in the habit of playing more hands. Before that month, I had prolly played about 20k hands in 2-3 years, that month I played 14 k hands and started thinking that this poker thing isn't so hard....... but then after a few ups and downs April 2012 came along

After my best month ever at 5nl/10 nl/16nl and a little 25nl in April( 47 k hands 5.8 pt BB/100... which by definition is crushing it over a small sample), I thought I would be rolled for 25 nl by the end of the month of May……. and then I droped 21( 10 nl numbers wise) buy ins in the first two weeks or so….ouch!… and my laptop was out of service for a week….. argh!

So things didn’t go as planned, obv. Anyways, all that is in the past and just had a KILLER weekend. I went from being something like down 18 buys ins(10 nl numbers wise) to being only down 4(the same). I’m also VERY close to being rolled for 16 nl(40 buy ins) and my shot taking there has been exretmely successful over the weekend.

If all goes well the last 10 days of the month.. I might still have a chance to be rolled for 25 nl. It all depends on how my shot taking at 16nl goes, if I actually get rolled for 16nl by the weekend, and my play at 16 nl. Didn’t notice any skill difference between 10nl and 16nl so that shouldn’t be a problem.

There might be other real life complications BUT IF I GET ROLLED for 25 nl(35-40 Buy ins), then I won’t let them get in the way. This means I need to have yet another monster weekend next week at 16nl, and pretty much crush all week this week and next(be up something like +8 buy ins at 10nl/16nl by Friday afternoon, and the couple days next week) to be completely rolled for 25 nl by the time June rolls in.

next BR milestone- 640

Ultimate goal- play 4-6 tables of 10nl/16nl and get my br up to 875(35 buy ins of 25nl) by the end of the month
