Yeah I am all for VAR in football to get the correct decisions however a lot of incidents are still highly controversial and these decisions can cause swings for me of a few $k in either direction. In the long run it should balance out like normal variance so I'll try not to get too tilted from it all.
I've finished watching the 1st video so ill post short review below.

Seems like everyone with a pg&c got the video offer. I'll take a look at them as well
I probably spent more time on Crypto when I was first getting more interested in it back in October as there is a lot to learn at first. I follow a lot of the Crypto people on twitter so I see some updates that way and I'll listen to some YouTube videos while Im playing poker.
One thing I have learned is that most people in Crypto are paid shills. There are advertising networks for Crypto that reach out to people with big social media followings on Twitter and YouTube. These people are then paid to promote specific coins and will then receive payment for it, often in the same Coin they are promoting. They get their followers to buy into the coin and then dump the coin on their followers when it reaches a high, classic pump and dump.
When I have played poker for a few hours and I have put a YouTube video on in the background and when the video finishes it rolls on to the next video/channel. I noticed that 3 or 4 videos would come on and they all seem to be talking about the same 2 or 3 coins. Using the "wisdom of the crowd" logic you might begin to think that these must be good investments when all the Pros are talking about them. However, I can see now that they have all been offered $ to promote the coins to hype them all at the same time to create a buzz. Its a dirty ball game.
Yeah mate with this SSD it takes only about 10 secs to boot up windows or shut it down. I always give things a restart now before I grind Stars.

Vitaly "Inferno" - Crushing NL Mid Stakes Today
Video 1 (1h 39mins)
Training 1: Optimal strategy as Preflop Raiser, analysis of optimal lines with PioSolver/ SimplePostflop.
The video starts with Vitaly giving an introduction during what looks like a live webinar that has been recorded. We are working with Flopzilla and SimplePostflop to illustate the examples. If you have seen any Matt Janda stuff you will be familiar with Flopzilla. Next Vitali uses a plug-in type software for Flopzilla called HoldEq which looks a little like PokerStove. Vitaly begins to discuss preflop ranges and uses an equity graph and an equity matrix to show visual representation of how certain ranges hit the flop. Discussion about cbet frequencies and defending our checking range is the next topic.
Overbetting and Range Construction
Next up we have a hand example from HEM replayer of Vitaly opening JJ in the CO at 1K NL which proceeds into an example of overbetting the Turn. The discussion then goes into analysing range vs range in this spot and Vitaly uses Flopzilla to show his estimates of Hero and Villains ranges. We then begin to evalaute Villains defending range vs an overbet and then some talk on our bluff to value %s on the turn overbet.
Button vs The Blinds
Again Flopzilla is used to show Hero and Villains ranges in this spot and we take a look at each ranges equity on an example flop. We then start to analyse what hands will go into our betting and checking ranges on this flop and consideration is given to how much equity the hands have vs the villains range. There is some talk on why betting with certain hands is necessary to deny the villain out-drawing us on the Turn. At the same time we consider checking with some higher equity hands that arent as vulnerable to be out drawn on the Turn. Continuing with Button play Vitaly gives some advice on how to increase our winrate in this position and states that this is our main source for making money on the Button.
Small Blind vs Big Blind
In this section we consider why open limping may be a viable strategy and what advantages it has. This is followed by some discussion on Exploitative play vs GTO play and we question if we should switch to an exploitative strategy if we notice leaks in the villains game or if we would be able to better punish the villain by sticking with our constructed GTO ranges.
The Video ends with a section going over some hands that were posted on a forum and some strategy advice is given for each hand. There are some words of wisdom from Vitaly during the video however the main take-away here is learning how to study and think about spots using the software shown.
