Hello everybody.

This is my first post on this forum and I think I've read a record amount of topics/post since finding the forum. So its now time to introduce myself!

Introduction
I'm 26 years old, from the Netherlands, and have been playng poker on and off recreationally for the last couple of years. I started my online experience somewhere around 2008, mostly as a recreational big tourmament player - small buy ins + big payoffs ($2,20 $10k gtd, that kind of thing). I won $2000 once during that time and cashed it out. For the most part I was a losing player though that got lucky, putting in $20 once in a while to take a chance at winning a lot, not knowing anything about bankroll, etc. Cash games I was always a losing player, monkey tilting, not using HUD, not knowing anything about equity, etc.

Somewhere along the way I got hooked on the game, started reading books, watching videos, etc. I have now downloaded a HUD and am keen on using it properly. So now it is time for another, more serious shot at trying to become a winning player and building my bankroll.

Goals
I started my BR with 25 buyins on 10NL. My goals are quite simple:

1. Play 100k hands on 10 NL and become a winning player (preferably 5bb/100+).
2. Evaluate my hands and identify leaks every 15k hands and improve my game.
3. Move up to 25 NL if goals 1 + 2 succeed.
4. Try to play as much as possible.
5. Don't get too obsessed with looking at stats during sessions but rather look at results after each session.

First evaluation
The past week I've played my first 15k hands. The results so far:

The first results are not looking that bad I think, although advice is much appreciated! I'm playing very ABC poker tbh, but found one major leak that Im working on:

Swimming with the fishes I've noticed that my W$Showdown is low. The main reason, I found, is that i get too excited to get in pots with fishes, opening too wide versus them and calling pot sized bets three streets with an overpair like AA on a dry board versus players that are 50+VPIP/35+PFR only to run into trips/2 pair. I am now focussing on playing my cards instead of only the fishy person Im playing. However, also thin valuebetting on the river leads to a higher red line for me and overbetting drawy boards versus callstations. I am trying to change my mindset into trying to have them call me with their draws instead of chasing them away and picking up the pot.

Ill be updating this log for myself every 15k hands, might post some hands asking for advice and I am looking forward to learning from the community!
