Can you go into your learning methods and how did you move up from NL10?

I'm currently struggling to beat NL5 and NL10 and don't know how to adjust to opponents and mix my game up. I mean, I can exploit them (3b and 4b more), but don't know what to do to counter attack them and when to double or triple barrel vs certain opponents.

I also don't have an idea how to balance my play vs regs, because I feel like I have to bluff shove a lot of turns or 3barrel shove a lot of missed draws etc..

Do you have any advice on how to learn that, I have RIO essential subscription if you use that to study? Also I guess just play in flopzilla for few weeks on certain spots, or CREV?

I think at your stakes you need to learn to value bet and value bet only, when facing aggression just fold. I don't think you need to focus on 3betting and 4betting so much, instead think about your range. I would only tripple barrel value at those stakes, you just are always being called down. Yeah think about this when you play.

You check raise, you get called. Your bluffing. You dont hit on the turn. You think to yourself, okay in this spot here im only continuing on these cards... XYZ. You didn't hit on XYZ. You say to yourself, you made a +EV check raise but if you continue on a blank your losing money, if you give up you have made a profitable check raise and can move on to another spot. ALL spots should be thought about like this. THINK what hands better do i have to call in this spot. Dont try to win every hand.

First of all i want to apologise for the severe lack of updates, my RL job has been super busy and iv been putting my spare time into getting coaching and studying this game. Played a few power series events won a few K. Been doing alot of off the table work postflop. Bankroll this month has increased by around 6k or so!

Crushing 100nl for 12bb so hopiing this keeps up! I really want to strive to get to 500nl on stars. I have sat 1k and 400nl tables alot lately, for some reason a fair few fish have been hovering around the reg tables so i keep the the lobby up on the right side of my monitor and insta sit if i see one. So far its been going really well, the regs seem to play pretty well so staying out of their way and not getting out of line has been doing well for me.

Essentially i would like another 20k or so before i dump the roll on stars and just grind 200. Im loving the flexibility at the moment of my life, i have an awesome job that pays very well. I like to grind on the weekends and basically when im bored, ill never consider poker a fulltime job. I basically play for the fun of it.

I just moved into a really nice apartment and have a pretty cool grinding setup so will be sure to post some pics up!
