Week 13
I had my first doubts that I could actually make a decent amount of money at 200 PLO. It was mostly due to me ignoring stop loss, and mentally not playing to my best ability, but it also felt like the way the HU rake is structured that it would be really hard to win a lot in the long term. I felt really defeated, and lost over 3k in one day making poor choices. The worst thing was I started out the beginning of the week great playing disciplined and not worrying about how many hands I was getting in, just playing good poker, and then I had a disaster of a session, which led to the big losing week.
Looking forward I'm going to restrict myself from playing anything higher than 200 PLO and use tilt breaker to kick me off if I lose 1k in a day so that I physically can't have an out of control losing day.

Week 14
This week was a great week. I feel I bounced back mentally and results wise. Overall I just felt it was a solid week so not too much to say. Continuing I have been using tilt breaker which has helped immensely in preventing me from losing more than my stop loss for the day, and hopefully that will fix my previous leaks in the past couple of weeks.

Week 15
The week started off rough, but I continued to play and focus on playing well throughout the week. I won quite a bit in mixed games, so the stats don't reflect I had a great week, but I did. My game is getting better, and I'm starting to study again which will help my confidence. Hopefully I can get to playing 500 within the next couple of months!

Week 16
I didn't really put many hands in this week. I played very short but sweet sessions. I think on Monday I had one of my best days in awhile so that was nice. I decided I was going to focus a bit more on studying and running sims, so I took the rest of the week off after Wednesday.
Most of the winnings this week came from one guy I took 10 buy-ins off of

Week 17
This week started off great, and ended with a rough patch of tilt. I remember having to quit playing because I was pretty tilted at one point. I don't remember this week in too much detail, which is good because it means I didn't screw up too bad
I feel like my game is developing quite nicely, and i'm putting in the work to get better.
In the future i've decided to exclude EV lines/evbb because I don't think it properly reflects a lot about my results. I think there's lot's of spots in PLO where you need to get the money in behind as part of a strategy, and it only shows if you're running good or bad which doesn't properly reflect your winrate IMO. I'll eventually include it later on, but for now I don't think it's really helpful mentally.

Week 18
This week felt good. I put in a decent bit of work off the tables and on. I didn't reach 5k hands for the week, but I also one tabled quite a bit. I've been feeling better and better about the pool of players and my game. I've decided to start taking some risks as my bankroll has been growing lately, and what better time then the holidays?
But in all seriousness, the 500 games are pretty good, and the rake is half of what it is at 200 so I think it's a good opportunity to take a shot. If I can run well, then hopefully I can stick around at 500 while still playing 200.
