Hello,

I will try to turn 10$ into 1000$ in three months playing sit and go on Pokerstars.

I will follow a 100 buyin rule so i will start playing 10cents and move to 25cents when reach a 25$ bankroll and so on.

I make this challenge to help me built a better discipline.

Heya mate,

Good luck but don’t think there is any traffic to .25 cents any more is it?
Suggest you add some more $$ and start with .50 (low traffic there as well)

Trying with .10 and .25 might get you a very high amount of time due to very very low traffic..

Just my 2cents

good luck buddy,
keep us posted about your progression but like sypk said I also think it will not be easy to start with 0.10, you will need to play very high volume to make some $$$

Both are true but want to start from 10$ to test my discipline, hope doesnt take me too long to move on stakes.

From day 4 i will switch from 0.10$ 360 person hyper that have very high variance to 45 person normal speed 0.25$ and see how it goes.

The switch to 0.25$ 45 person normal speed worked well and in two days manage to increase my bankroll almost 50%. My plan is to continue at these stake until i have a 25$ bankroll and switch then to 0.50$.

the worst session since the start of the challenge. Run really bad, also register accidentaly at a 1$ sng 45, so had the biggest loss until today. Hoped to pass the 25$ mark to switch to 0.25$ 90 person, hope to achieve it next session. Pokerstars dont have 0.50 $45 person regular speed and i dont want to play turbos so i will continue at this limit but with bigger field until 50$.

will switch now to 0.25$ 90 person regural speed until i reach 50$.
then probably go to 0.50$ 45 person turbo

I dont have a standard playing schedule till now, but i think that some days of the week like in the weekend, there is bigger value with more recreational players, so that i must always play these days.

On the other hand Fridays pokerstars runs a promotion for double rewards points so i suppose that more regulars will play that day.

what do you think about these thoughts?
also what time do you think the field are softer and there are still enough games?

First day playing the 0.25$ 90 person regular speed gone pretty well, had a 5.21$ profit, the second biggest till now.

Early to say but i think the blind structure which is better-15min blinds-and the fact that you play 8-9 handed at the most part of the sng, in contrary with 45s where early you play 6-7 handed make them easier.

I began reading Collin_Moshman_-_Sit_n_go_strategy, and despite the fact is more for single tables i find it have interesting information for sng in general.
Do you have any book to suggest me about sngs? Would like to read something about multitable sngs.

This session was before Christmas, no games at 90 person so play some 45s but no luck at all, and lost 1.28$. First time had two losing sessions in a row, hope next time to have a winning one!
