Whats up guys.. Im YaDaDaMeeN21, if you've played 100-200nl for the most part im sure you've seen me. Im going on 6time SNE this year. And i have to say the grind gets tougher every year man.. Between the reg pools getting much better, and the vpp rates dropping so much.. Getting SNE at 100-200 is a pretty tough job now.

Post Black Friday
- Black friday was prob the most trying time in my life. I had to leave my comfort zone if i wanted to play poker for a living. But its turned out to be one of the greatest life experiences i could possibly ask for. Ive traveled to the bahamas/costa rica/thailand/malta/ and now where im currently grinding my life away.. London.

So i knocked out all of the touristy things in London. Then decided to move an hr or so away from the city just to grind. Ive started this thread almost 2/3rds of the way done. And tbh i liked my progress so i thought it could be motivating for other grinders.

So thats 12-14hrs a day 20tabling or so.

Goal
-Get SNE (At 775k)
-Play at least B level poker
-maybe another 20k month? (would be nice)

I grinded 1/2-5/10 just last year. But i couldnt handle the monetary swings very well. And my quality of life was kinda banged up because of it. I know it seems dumb to be content with where im at. But at least for the end of the year, I think its safer for me to grind my comfort zone. And seriously consider making a big run at midstakes+ in 2014.

I started my career tiling. But stacking works best for me. And contrary to what alot of people say. I seem to catch most of the action pretty well. If i see a interesting hand going on ill drag the table off to the side and make a note.
Its just an endurance thing man. Your brains like any other muscle. Train it to work longer hours, by increasing a little at a time.

my life time is 5.826mil.
A little story - I was a 10c 25c fulltilt/ ub player in 2007 when i first heard about SNE. At the time i was playing basketball at my local community college, with dreams of playing at a D1 college. Half way through the season I built a decent sized roll at the micros to give Pokerstars a shot. after 8tabling .50 1 for about a month and making 50bi or so. I decided to go for elite.

Long story short. I quit basketball, dropped out of school. Made elite that year. (started in june) Was it the best life decision? I duno man, Ive always been the person to put 100% into everything. I have no doubt i couldve gone some level of pro in basketball. But im happy with my choice. And to answer your question. I have no real back up plan. So ill prob grind a few more years of Elite minimum, unless U.S poker is really that soft.

Unreal volume mate, can't believe u can have a really nice winrate while playing that many hands and tables, i have mad respect for that. I tried and failed miserably so well done keep on going awesome work.

Yea np i play 100nl-200nl 6max and fr. Total my stats are 23/17 5.7. So around 25/20 7 at 6max and 17/12 4 if i had to guess? Thats the general ballpark.

wow thanks thats crazy to hear. Its always felt just so standard to me because ive done it so long. But when i actually take a step back and think about it. Its pretty hard to believe.
