Hello all, AlexAlmighty here. (stars)
I have been a student of Clanty's for the past 5ish months. One of the reasons for this to happen is because George/PlasticElephant had to let me go in order to launch d7sarmy, which was totally fine and I am happy that it works out great for him (I only bring this up in case you need George to confirm that I am legit being and not a fake account).
As for Clanty, I havent seen such great business and work ethics in this 'industry' so far. He was always on point and would go the extra mile for us, despite the time and effort it would cost him.
As for the situation that is currently being discussed, it is a "fool me once - shame on - shame on you. Fool me cant get fooled again" type and I will not comment further until Clanty comes out with a statement on the situation.

I have been also a student of Clanty for the last 2 months and can just agree with everything what AlexAlmighty said. He has done everything possible for his students to help them to achieve their goals. As AlexAlmighty already mentioned his work ethic is absolutely outstandig and he expected such a work ethic also from his students. Before the coaching started there were some rules, on which every student had to agree. And every student agreed to this.
Therefore, I do not understand these allegations now. I can only say the very best of Clanty, as a coach but above all as a human being who always gave 100% and even more for his students.

not just that of an angry rant on 2p2 from a random guy, which some of you took for gospel, unsurprisingly.
Like a number of these instances I have seen on 2+2 since coming on board, I have no idea where the "truth" lies.

However, I do find it endlessly amusing that posters hereabouts, cannot wait to board the outrage bus, whenever the opportunity arises.

It's even funnier, that some posters use these opportunities to big up their own poker talents....

Some of the posters who have fronted up here are well worse than me at this poker stuff, and frankly I'm pretty cRaap.

None of which is an endorsement, just a reminder that it's poker and the t'internet...a well-developed sense of humor is a necessary part of the survival kit.

What was the EV of this scam? does pio suggest to scam at some frequency? I would be surprised if you have any genuine friends and the ones that stick around are probably very delusional, the truth always comes out I guess and turns out you were probably the arrogant self absorbed 2 face many people thought you were.

I hate to be the killer of popcorn time, since who doesn't like some quality drama?!

Me and Clanty disagreed over what our deal was, and there was also a big misunderstanding on what actually transpired. Luckily we have been able to work it out, and it was a bit unfortunate that I was a minute too late to delete my post last night before it was quoted because I thought we could work it out, so it wasn't really necessary.

I know Clanty doesn't care if anyone calls him a bad poker player, but I can definitely confirm that he is a very good coach. I'm pretty sure all of his students are doing better now than they did before working with him, and for me personally even though I was crushing before, I've really hit my stride after starting to work with him, so I really didn't want any of this to go down.

And just in case anyone thinks Clanty is a bad coach, here's my November since starting to work with him https://ibb.co/dXBZ26

That's probably one of the nicest monthly graph I've seen on 2+2.

Grats to you and Clanty

Hang on. You said he took all your money, and $400 for missing a session. Are you saying that never happened and you made it all up? Whats there to 'misunderstand' there?

Is this 250k hands since this past november? Or is this since November 2016?

250k hands in a month and made 30k to top it off. Something tells me this guy never needed coaching from clanty.

Ok so not 100% here but your graph looks very suspicious here is a ss of mine on the left>yours, I've never seen hm2 use . for dates it's normally a /, the $ won also it's putting a , after the first digit(s) and uses a . for the last 2 digits in cents. Parts are highlighted...

@reload

did you mess around with a few options/filters to potentially find a new/different syntax?

It's a poker forum lot's of people use Hm2 would be good to know if theirs is different also, I don't need to go out of my way to make you look bad you're doing a good enough job yourself.

tbh Clanty, this guy ( SportsTrader2k) lacks a certain credibility. I just read his 2016 pgc...lol.

**** sticks to any surface. Mere association of any kind with a potential walt, never going to help your cause. Maybe he is a genuine 50nlz endboss (like he claims)... who the ***** knows?? Who the **** cares.

But if you are promoting your coaching anywhere on here, your credibility will be gone in an eyeblink, if stuff like this is left unresolved in your pgc.

None of my business of course, but I've followed you in the past and enjoyed your posts, even though I've not really understood some of your lines.

Whatever, I'll butt out for now...although I'll follow out of intrigue and for entertainment.

/p

Yeah this.

When you're paying a guy to coach you who plays 19k hands per month, I doubt you're playing 250k hands in the same month at a positive winrate.

If the guy is who I think he is then he runs like god himself and plays pretty good. Mix that with 4 tabling zoom for 9 hours a day and you get graphs like that.

No sane person plays 9 hours a day with zero days off in a month. Also as sasha said, the filter should say "last month".

Like I said if it's who I think it is, I could be wrong tho. But I remember this guy posting sick graphs on twitch or something winning like 100bi's @ 100z in the space of 50k hands which is ***** insane
