Ty mate, just busted tho lol. I cannot recall the hand vs you , sry

          ---

Out in 20th for $1900. Busting hand was T8<KT on 98QJ3 (I flopped a FD, too ). Still a good result, and it also means that I am freerolling the rest of SCOOP for the most part, unless I decide to fire multiple bullets in multiple events.

Cash-wise things have been pretty slow due to my sleep schedule for SCOOP and a mini downswing. The downswing was only a few thousand hands and 7 or so buyins (so nothing really), but for some reason it got to me pretty badly and I ended up not wanting to play - mindset still weak I guess. I've also decided to try 3 tabling as a standard instead of 2 after speaking with a friend who plays higher. I know that I will be sacrificing some of my wr, but I plan to minimise that as much as possible once I get used to it.

Only have 8.3k hands of 100z this month with 20 days left of play, will aim for 50k hands for the month.

          Got my new pc yesterday!

          Spoiler:
          ... and it's faulty

The PC keeps crashing and giving me some error code whilst it reboots. I phoned the company and quoted them the error code and they told me to download some files and run the tests - the pc crashed whilst running the tests (lol). They've confirmed that I will receive a full refund if they can replicate the error, so we'll see how that goes...

For the mean time I am on my normal PC. This whole experience has put me off getting a new PC for a while as it's just a massive ball ache and this PC still has some life in it.

I've also decided to stop streaming completely. The idea behind streaming was to find some people to coach as I've always had a passion for teaching (I wanted to be a Math teacher before I found Poker). But I figure it to be too -EV of a decision to broadcast my game to anyone who cares to watch, especially if my 200z shots go well and I am playing there permanently.

Month is going slow volume-wise this month but I'll pick it up. Just been busy with other stuff.

AQo the less you have FE preflop the better it is considering 4-betting. I assume he is doing the min3b with anything between 15-40% range. Therefore if he defends against 4bet around 20% we are still roughly 60% favorite and its easy value 4bet. The more we make him to invest with worse hands preflop when we play in position with skill + range advantage the better it is to put more money in preflop.

I think AJo would be bottom of my value 4bets here these positions vs. this typicall min 3b fish playertype.

            that makes sense, I agree

            Hey,

I managed to get a full refund for the faulty PC - they said that it crashed only a few minutes into the test. In hindsight the computer being faulty was actually a blessing as it wasn't as quick as what I had hoped for (4.2s benchmark in PIO). I was slightly regretting buying it when I got it up and running, so to get a full refund is definitely the best out of a bad situation.

Since Monday I've been taking my shots at 200, it's been a lot of fun . I've made sure to keep the volume fairly conservative so I can keep ahead of the reviews as much as I can. I am probably on around a ~1.5-7:1 Study:Play ratio atm. I've always been a guy that learns more from the lab as opposed to the tables, but we are all different.

I'm feeling good about where Poker is going for me as of late. I feel that the extra effort is really showing, and the proverbial ceiling I was stuck under for awhile has now been punched through. With that being said, there is a still so much I've yet to learn, and I cannot wait .
