i don't use skype much but have MSN if you use it. Been playing NL50-200FR for last two years+ as a pro part/full-time.

Unfortunately don't have msn. Id recommend Skype though mate, it's really useful!

So, updates, I'm back at my rig tonight, and I've recently started playing the HUSNGs. Going through as much info as I can ATM about ten but in general I'm not doing too bad at them. Still a tonne of issues but I'm playing them better than I was 2 months ago when I tried. Starting with $50 at the 1.50s and will move up when I have 50BIs for the 3.50s.

I've decided to look at the HUSNGs due to being told that the variance is probably the lowest of any game type and playing these can make you improve your game in a lot of other areas. Playing normal speed.

Will be aiming for decent volume each day of these and whennim home I'm gonna outline some goals for weekly/monthly basis.

Went for a run the other night, managed 4km before I wanted to die haha. Had a big night out last night, no news on the lady front, but last Wednesday did get chatting to a bird who is really cool, so will update as too how that goes.

I've come up with some goals for the week/month as well:

[ ] 120 HUSNGs a week.
[ ] Work out at least 4 times a week
[ ] Stick to a $200 a week budget
[ ] Spend at least 4 hours a week studying my game
[ ] Attend all classes at Uni.

August Goals:

[ ] Have money in my bank account so I'm not living week to ****ing week
[ ] Control my spending
[ ] Work out at least 15 times in the month
[ ] 400 games a month


Obviously the monthly goals are gonna be quite difficult as we are already half way through the month. But I shall try my best

The freedom is amazing mate! I wake up early (4AM) to catch all the Europeons playing, and have all my hands done by about 10 or 11. Sometimes I play longer if games are good. Then I have the rest of the day to do whatever I want, and next year I'm relocating to Thailand for 7 months and playing poker over there.

You must get pretty cold down there mate, especially in recent weeks lol.

It's ok to keep changing your mind about what format you want to play, it took me 2 years to figure out what I enjoyed the most when I was starting out lol. The most important thing to do once you do decide what game you want to play is imagine exactly where you want to be in regards to your poker career in say a year's time, and then do absolutely whatever it takes to get there. If you do this, I have absolutely no doubt that you will be successful.

I figured I'd give an update as too my other goals as well. Attended all classes so far this week, and went to he gym today, ran 3.5km in 16minutes and then 6km in 10minutes on the bike. Feeling pretty good today. Will probably go back to my unit and watch some strat after this lecture/work out how to do an EV Calc.

I busto'd my roll last night (again) which a poster in this thread saw me do :P

I plan on taking a slight break from playing for the next week or two an just focusing on the theory/mental side of my game. Will update daily as too any revelations/improvements.

So, got talked into playing some Hyper HUSNG, Had like 1 buyin in my account on stars and decided to try and roll it as high as possible. After like 12 or so of them I have like 5 buyins and almost enough for a medium 10 McNugget meal. From first glimpse most of the micro players are blatantly ****ing ******ed. I've seen my jams called with K5o on a AT7r board. It's beautiful. Gonna play a load more tonight and see how I go.

Will be posting HH's once HEM is back and un****ed itself.
