got 4th in the 109 30k. I was the chipleader by far then I run trips into trips (TT3) I have 7T and he has 9T. Then he hits two pair on the turn to draw out on my 2nd pair top kicker + backdoor nut flush draw. Then I take a gambly spot to try to bust the short stack (I was 3/4 vs a nitty shortstack so I was in a really -ev situation) and lose that flip. Then I lose with a gutter + 2 overs vs bottom pair.

i don't know why i give people credit but river is probably a fold with the 2nd pair hand. don't think he's capable of barreling 3 light (but who has 2's in their range really) so whatever. difference between 1st and 4th is like 3k, not much. wish i could have the 162 6m back i guess :P

made about 9k today, always could be better I guess :P

fellow tilter hopefully on the road to rehab though. I think its super bad to try to suppress your tilt with bounties and ****, but you gotta get down to the deeper issues of why youre tilting etc and try and cut your tilt game out completely. I think putting these bounties on yourself will make things worse tbh.

I tend to think the guy who wrote that book is a hack. But I could be wrong.

Yeah I just started a new series on 18-mans. I haven't seen much 18 man content out there and I'm going to round myself into game shape while playing them.

Hey good luck with your suppression. I've actually seen a lot of improvements since stopping the swearing. I am enjoying my sessions a lot more and feeling good about playing each day. It's weird but my mood is uplifted and even though I take a lot of dirty beats, I haven't minded them so much.

I had a few slip ups today. I think the Jesus team got on the board, I said god damn to some SNG beat. Also recall saying the F word once. I've been pretty clean and mellow in general though, which is a great thing.

Poker has been a lot funner lately so I'm glad I did these freerolls.
