Started playing in November 2009. When I say "playing" I mean play money first. Then bar poker. Then online (mostly tournaments, mild success micro/low). Then everything from 50NL-500NL live, mostly home games. Been doing that mostly casually ever since. Always meant to take it seriously, but never really got around to it. Would turn a good night at a table into a TV or a vacation, and not worry about where the next buyin is coming from. Never really a grinder, but kept up with it in passing. On average I had been playing 1-2x per week, mostly in home games, from late 2017 to date. I have played all over the US, and even in Canada one time. I own a business, can work mostly remote, but have to be home in Colorado alternating weeks.

I know to play more. I know to increase my sample (703 hours and counting). This is 2017 to date, and is missing 2021, 2022, and first part of 2023. I may have had only 20-25 sessions during that time, and ran about the same if I were to guess (I was divorcing/re-calibrating my life). My stoploss during any cash session is 3 full stack buyins, and that has happened once (which is in this attached record).

I just cashed in Colossus. 3 WSOP events lifetime including that one. I've played less than 5 MSPT/HPT/CPC/etc. events. I will be playing more tournaments.

The .50NL days are long over (that is a home game I inherited in 2018 -- it got shot up in 2019 {I wouldn't be surprised if any 2+2ers know the story}). Would like to play less $1/2-$1/3 live if I can find it/it's available (would rather play more sessions higher than that). Would like to avoid the sketchier home games (CO is swimming with them), and definitely am not looking to play PLO outside of casinos often. Prefer PLO5 if it's around, but NLHE is still my primary game.

I know what this data says on its face, and know that continuing it is not likely. I do think it's possible to keep up a winrate, however.

Any advice or direction would be appreciated.
