Hi everyone!
Since I am not a very well known member of the 2 plus 2 community I will give a little intro about myself before I get to the goals of this blog (also my very first blog ever)

I'm a 25 year old student currently living in Karlsruhe, Germany. I play under the screen name rounder3989 on stars and tobydammit on FTP.
I started playing poker in 2008. Mostly Sngs. I have built my roll with 180 man sngs before finally switching to MTTs. I had nice success at the lower stakes MTTs but was struggling with anything above $50.

In 2012 my losing stretch at the higher buy ins ended when I came 3rd in the Big 55 for about 11k (which was my biggest score at the time) and chopped the WCOOP 109 Cubed 2nd Chance in the same week for about 16k. After that I chopped a SCOOP event in 2013 for 36k and won the Sunday Brawl on full Tilt early this year for 47k.

I never really played poker full time and I am far from someone you can call a professional or full time poker player. I am usually busy with uni and this year I played almost exclusively on sundays. However this is going to change with the start of the wcoop tomorrow.

I have the last exam of my semester on tuesday and will have the entire september and october off to grind almost every day. I will mostly grind 100 ZOOM (which I started grinding lately) during the week and MTTs on weekends.

Here is what I am hoping to achieve in the next 2 month.

Poker/Life goals:
[ ] play 4-5 days a week
[ ] go to the gym everyday before playing
[ ] make supernova by the end of october (I am at around 60k VPPs atm)

WCOOP
[ ] play most of the NL Holdem WCOOP events <$700
[ ] make a final table
[ ] satty the main event

ZOOM
[ ] maintain 4bb/100 at 100 zoom and move up to 200NL

Hope I get some of you guys to read this thread and hopefully have some good discussion and maybe bink something big.

Looks good man, how did the first day of WCOOP go for you yesterday?

I got through 6/9 long road satellites to the main event for 25FPP, thing is crazy.

Unfortunately no cash in the WCOOP so far. I did win a ticket to the $215 6-max for $27 though. Tonight is the $215 Heads up that I am going to play and hopefully this will change things.

Zoom was pretty good though. I played about 10k hands of 100 Zoom and ran pretty well.

Today will be zoom day besides the heads up event tonight. Definetly looking forward to tmrw especially the super knockout. Gonna be a long day.
