I've been fortunate enough to make multiple millions playing cards on the internet. For now i don't get the volume bumhunting or see my edge battling at the highest stakes anymore. So i'll leave that for some motivated up-and-comers and i'll take my seat becoming a consistent midstakes grinder that sneaks in a highstakes session when games are very good.
I stopped blogging for the last few years while i was battling as it seemed best just to turn up and put as little information out there as possible, but there is less downside as a midstakes player and these blogs do help me stay focused and directed.
I have a rough idea of what i would like the next 5 years to look like and it involves more than grinding poker everyday. If it works out well i would naturally transition out of poker as a healthier and more well rounded person that has a reasonable grasp of capital allocation.
Initially i'll continue with poker, grinding $500NL+, but i'll be putting more emphasis on getting healthier and being more social by taking up some sports and traveling, lock-down restrictions allowing.
More specifically for the last 5 months of this year i am looking to play/study 5-6 hours a day, this should mean i'll get in about 1k-1.5k hands a day, towards the end of the year i'll re-evaluate this schedule.
