I don't think so no. I get up ~04.30 with no alarm or anything, I go outside and train for 30 minutes (damn its getting cold here though) then I go and play by 05.30 latest until 06.40.

You know what, I am not even sure I know what changed. My father died when I was very young and I wasted my youth and early adult life on beer and women (I can't even remember half of it maybe more!). As I got older I started to get a grip on myself. Things are looking up. Just never stop getting better at whatever you do.

Thank you! I play anything from 4 to 9 tables but I try to keep it to minimum as it helps me to learn quicker. Just sometimes I see those fishes and cannot resist!!

I had to make a lot of changes to get my hours up (as you can see doing 70 - 75 hours per month). I am at work 10.5 hours a day and got two young kids to spend time with when I get home. Also got my property business. Sleep had to go. I think it was Arnie who said "If you are sleeping 8 hours per night then you need to sleep faster" or something like that!! So true.

Played 38.6 hours (51.5%). Month is 51.6% old. Go figure!! 6 more minutes and I would be smiling!!!

Goal 2 - Do 8 Reviews/Sweats In October
Done 1/8. Few people offered to review video for me, hopefully they come up with the goods! Let me know if you would like to review for me please!?

Done 58/106 (54.7%). No further progress.

While it is fair to say that I was very close to 5 x it is better to realise that I will not play tonight or tomorrow morning due to socialising so will go further from that goal and I am also MILES away from Goal 2!!!

Comments: Moved up to NL25 for second time this week. Have had a really good time of it there so far and have added four buy ins to my cushion for playing here. Still seems very passive so bet/fold is still the way to go!

Goals have been going "ok". Not as well as before in that I have struggled to keep up with the hours goal (which is good) but nowhere near on the sweats/review goal (although could catch up a bit soon!).

Played 42.6 hours (56.8%). Month is 58.3% old. Was not a great weekend for poker volume. Am happy to be keeping close to target though and am confident i can beat the target.

Done 69/116 (59.5%). I repeat, excellent book. Tilt is a very small part of my necessary learning at the moment but reading this book is very interesting and I am sure I will use/need it later in my journey.

what tables are you waitlisting? on stars I only see good tables with waitingpplayers 3< ...
if you join table fishes are broke almsot always

I don't really know how to answer this as I could be doing it totally wrong!!

I look to play versus anyone who has one or more of these things.....

• Playing one table

• Playing two tables

• Not hidden from search

• Not playing with at least 100bb

• Marked by me from previous sessions (I mark every single player with something - even if its "Dunno" which is purple!!

Then I try and keep this player one or two to my right (preferably one). If there are two such players I will play them anywhere I guess.

Stars is awesome for table selecting imo. I just leave after a few orbits if they seem to play ok.

But you cant really seatselect with waiting list. Idk but Ive given up doing that waitlisting thingy and i still see a lot of regs waitlisting. Cant see any merit in doing that

Playing 8 tables. it is rather easy to get 8 fish in a good pos. i agree

Well. I didn't say it was hard but I never understood how someone can do this waitlisting thing. I used to waitlist those 50% vpip tables and when I finally got there after 1 hour there are only regs

Just look for tables with players with less then 100bb... i assure you that they are fish! i look at tables that arent full!

Ah, I see. Yes I agree now. I used to do this, just look for the tables with high VPIP etc. It is nowhere near as good as looking at the list of players at the table and actively looking to see if they are fish.

Basically this. If they have 99bb then you can start to get very excited!!!
