i'm sure this was probably your most tilted session, hence why it was posted and probably not representative of the norm

but i have a few pieces of advice nonetheless

1. when you find yourself stepping back from the computer in frustration and yelling, just log out. call it a day and come back fresh later. You could even come back in a few hours if you like, just take a meal break, nap, watch a movie, read a book, watch some porn, just do something other than poker for a little bit, you're no longer at that point going to play well

2. it seems like you're really nitty and don't really bluff much, playing super predictable abc nit poker - as someone logging the kind of volume you log, certainly all the other regs must be aware of this by now and can adjust to exploitatively play against that - again, i could be wrong and wasn't watching carefully, but i didn't observe a single bluff the entire time and saw a lot of folds that could have been calls or raises

3. you are insistent that everyone else is absolutely moronic and getting lucky - this could be true for a lot of it, but you're also ignoring the non zero chance they have either found a good exploit against you or that they are just playing at a level you don't yet understand

take for example two spots where you were the most furious - both were basically the same play

one guy checked the river oop with a very strong hand to induce you to thin value bet it and then another guy checked back top pair when you had an overpair causing you to miss out of a 3rd street of value

so long as you dismiss play like that as idiotic then you'll never learn and get better. even if it is idiotic, the onus is still upon you to anticipate idiotic plays - otherwise you'll continue losing to the idiotic plays

mostly though, you fail to consider that both times doing what they did was indeed the correct choice and it specifically worked because you didn't possibly imagine they could have played their hands as they did

frankly, the way they played felt fairly reasonable to me

one thing i've noticed about all the people who've crushed in life at the highest stakes is they are always humble, they never believe they have all the answers, and when they lose they don't scream and call the other person an idiot but rather calmly analyze the situation and either learn from what they did and use it themselves, or if they deduce it was poor strategy that just happened to work in that one situation then now at least they are better prepared to defend against it
