a big roulette session loss (relative to money i can actually afford to lose) busto'd account again kinda spurred this really, never really looked at transaction history till now ignorance is bliss hey, anyway i did look and was so gutted how bad it is ha.

but for now just the game plan

1) ban casino games full stop no dabbling here and there just no no and no
2) ban avoid sports betting occasionally bet on something i like maybe and not for silly sums of account lol
3) use bankroll management from now on, and set move up and move back! down rules (to be decided at later date need to play for a 2weeks straight and alot go ham for a bit on playing like a work week 30-48hrs so take it serious not casual 20minutes 1hr and half here and there every day, and see if even have an edge really in this game at all first which will require decent volume hence the hrs need to cram in fast just going to play every weekend lots as much as can be bothered too and few hrs every evening should be feasible to hit 30hr mark a week that way, then after thats done and dusted make a plan from there in regards to bankroll management, which leads to next point)
4) learn Pot Limit Omaha cash games
5) no tournaments, no spins, no sit and goes, no zoom games just cash games

didnt play as much as should at all, just werent feeling it felt like took all day night just to wake up to semi functional, and mad tired lethargic exhausted all the time sleeping loads and just thick slow stupid mentally ha still played (cause i enjoy it) just seems my default state of late is living vegetable physically and cognitively my bodies ****ed up and my mind brain isnt working properly at all (barely at all) kinda scary as just seem to be deteriorating at pretty rapid rate and cant do anything about it ha.

onto the positives with my weekend ha Omaha was real fun at least improved my mood as sessions progressed swingy as hell, did a really bad 300bb bluff into nuts fullhouse where it was the only hand really there but super likely still for him to have it multiway too so was trying to get him to fold a worse flush with a blocker it was just dumb, lots of spewing off of some stacks some tilt etc in there but still had lot of fun mostly past 2nights

Texas dabbled in just for quick half hr tonight (think ill keep it in the mix just for some variety, but omahas easily more fun so thats gonna make up most volume play time i think) ill keep each roll winnings separate from each other not use winnings from one to justify playing in the other or above my head so keep the climbs separate, should keep which game im beating and at what stake level then rather than it being blurred and me potentially beating a stake in one game but not the other so just spinning wheels getting nowhere.
