So I've been reading/following a few threads here for awhile, figure it's time to make my own. I'm a live player, with plenty of experience, who has lost a bunch of time due to life leaks. I've got a but of a bankroll going again; which will hopefully grow leaps and bounds in the next few months. I travel a bit, so I'll be exploring different rooms as I go.

My goal is a simple one; make enough each month to pay for my lifestyle. I'll expect to play 45hrs each week, realistically figure to hit 60-70. Starting in the minors ($1/$2 NLHE), progression to the majors ($2/$5, $5/$T NLHE and PLO) is a must.

Started the challenge this afternoon at my local casino's $1/$2 game. Couldn't manage to get any traction, though I played considerably better than the other players. Standard situations that didn't go my way (OESD + K high flush draw, AKs 3B AIPF to a short stack with KTo) so I lost $200. I'll be buying into my local game for $100 until my BR gets up around $3000. Should be playing again tomorrow or Sunday, Monday will start the actual weekly tracking of hours.

Played again for tonight/this morning. Standard session (by play), though a bit longer than I usually will sit. Might play once more this afternoon, then will be headed to snowbird territory to make the most out of winter.

Took my time getting out of the cold, but finally made it to some warm sunshine yesterday. Played 8 hours of B- poker; though was able to find lots of lines to exploit people. Bought in twice, cashed out with a $202 profit. Was pretty exhausted after about three hours, but pushed on to get my hours in.
