Hello 2+2,

I am a long-time lurker on this forum but have never considered making my own thread until recently. I played micros through college as a fun hobby but never took it too seriously; however, I have found poker to be a real passion of mine recently even if it likely won't be a career. So I decided to make this blog to follow my progression and keep myself accountable in regards to volume and studying. My primary goal of this thread is simply create a virtual time capsule for my future self and get insight from those much better than I. I look forward to speaking with other members of the community, so please comment on my punts and terrible red line

About Me
I am a recent college graduate and have a final interview with JP Morgan at the end of this month for a cushy finance job (wish me luck)! Outside of that, my life is fairly uneventful. I really enjoy personal challenges and I see poker as another problem to solve, so although I can't pursue it full-time I will be putting in decent volume and consideration to studying.

Poker and I
I started with a very meager bankroll of $85 three days ago (I don't have the cushy job yet) and hope to grind out of the microstakes by end of 2023. I believe setting high goals is a recipe for disappointment, so breakeven at 100nl is my manageable goal for this year. I have about 20 days before my interview to put in significant volume and grind the leaderboards on GGpoker before my interview. Additionally, I will be using a fairly aggressive BRM to avoid the raketrap that is 5nl/10nl/25nl.
