I understand your point, but the problem is not only with withdrawals from gaming sites, but also from withdrawals from online wallets such as skrill, moneybookers, paypal, neteller, etc, which means that wouldn't work unless the player I'm transferring to actually paid me in cash, since bank transactions are also restricted.
